1) This constitution applies to:
The PFA and any other future entities of the party.
Any members of the party, who will automatically be opted into the constitution agreement when joining.
Any future decisions to be taken by the party- if the decisions do not stick to the constitution then they will not be progressed with.

2) Regards to the parties structure:

Orientation:
The PFA’s and any future entities of the party’s political orientation is Centre- Right, Authoritarian.
This can only be changed with 100% support of the party, not just because of the PPs desire to change the orientation.
The PFA and any future entities of the party must be democratic, decisions must not be assumably taken on behalf of the party- the party must have had a consultation on the matter. This can only be changed if the party is declared to be in a state of emergency.

Roles:
-An overview:
Its suggested that roles are reviewed at least once per term, if the PP feels it necessary to reassign the roles of party members they can- providing that it has been announced to the party within at least a days notice. This is to ensure maximum efficiency within the party and that everything is active to make the party run smoothly.
Roles are to be assigned as soon as possible after the election of the new PP; its suggested that roles are to be applied for in advance of the election for each presidential candidate.

- Job Descriptions:
Party President (PP): for someone to legitimately run for Party Presidency they must have been in the party for at least a fortnight. The role of the PP is to run the party smoothly and to make decisions for the party democratically and in regard to the constitution. The PP must be regularly active and available, if a candidate knows that they won’t be able to fulfill this they can become PP but resign at a stage where they can’t be active anymore. The PP should be prepared to take on advice from the party’s players and in particular the vPP. They must have some knowledge of the game, and be over level 22.
Vice Party President (vPP): The main role of the vPP is to support the party and its party president, they must a good advisor to the PP. They also have the power to delegate tasks on behalf of the PP. The vPP must step in at any time of crisis for the party, and run it, to the best of their ability, if the PP is not available.
Secretary General (SG): This role can be set by the PP for a purpose that fits the party at its current time and position
Councillor (Cllr): This role can be set by the PP for a purpose that fits the party at its current time and position
Spokesman: This must be a role for someone with a newspaper, they must write regular articles, both of their own initiative and at the commision of the PP. The articles must announce any new decisions made by the party that will affect others in the eUK and to regularly promote the party. They must also copy up minutes for party conferences held on the party’s IRC channel: #pfa.

3) Democracy:

Presidential Impeachment:
Presidential impeachment is not to be taken likely by any member of the party, it can be considered if:
The impeachment can be publicly suggested after 2 days of the new election of the Party President
Impeachment can be suggested by any long standing member of the party (at least 2 weeks of active engagement) that is over level 22
The impeachment can only take place if, 51% of the party agrees with the decision of impeachment, if there are at least 4 players involved with the party. This must be decided democratically using an online survey- provided by a neutral party- its suggested the use of google docs for this.
If the above terms are fulfilled then an impeachment can take place, were the PP resigns his/her position.
If the PP doesn’t resign within 24 hours of impeachment and the new president is placed in said position, the party is to ignore the existing PP and any of his/her input. Its then that the newly elected peoples PP takes control and runs the party to the best of their ability.

Decision making:
Decisions require a majority within the party to be passed (at least 51% of the party). If a player doesn’t suggest their opposition to the suggested movement then they must be taken to support it.
Major decisions must be taken to the ballot box, on an online survey provided by google docs.

In the case of an attempted Political Take Over (PTO):
The party should select one candidate for the PP elections in such a case where every true member must vote for them, any other people running for PP must withdraw their bid and a new election can take place afterwards for the parties desired PP
Outside support may be required and so it would be considered very helpful if anyone could prompt their friends to move to the party to vote in support of the party’s approved candidates.
An article from the spokesperson should be commissioned to raise awareness of the PTO and ask for outside help.

4) IRC channel:

Party conferences:

Party conferences must be held at least once a month on the party’s IRC channel, to which the link is: http://tinyurl.com/PFA-Chat. They should be hosted by the PP and any issues should be discussed with the party. As many party members as possible should attend to get their voices heard.

Competitions:
Competitions should be held to keep a friendly relationship between players in the party and to make the game fun, they should be commissioned by the PP or vPP. Prizes should be provided by party members and can be won like a sweepstake for the winners.

5) Changes to the constitution:
The constitution can only be changed with 100% of the party in agreement; this must be found out by using a ballot, preferably done on google docs by a neutral party.
