[Orion HQ] Is it still a thing?

Greetings, citizens and members of ORION,

as usual, the ORION has held a meeting few days ago, and a new HQ was selected to guide ORION through the (calm) period of the end of the year. As your new leader, I would like to thank all presidents to support me and my team, and to give me a chance to guide ORION during the remaining days of this year.


Recent months were tough for ORION. A few of our members have left to seek a new future into this old world, and we wish them all good while doing so, while continuing to support them in their next endeavors. Meanwhile, outside influences has tried to dissolve our alliance to weaken up the pro-Asteria side, proclaiming the death of ORION several times. However we have resisted and bonded together even more. And we will certainly do our best to make sure ORION will continue to exist and play a role in the world of eRepublik.



However, with the end of the year, it is always good to make some discussion, recapitulation, and look further into the future. My predecessor, the great Shawtyl0w himself, has created a vision for the future of ORION, and it will be my job (and the job of my trusted colleagues and others, who will follow me in the next months) to make this plan become reality. We will be looking more into improving cooperation between our countries, we will be defining our foreign policies better, and we will seek new routes for expansion of our ideas and our alliance. The path is long thorny, full of potential problems and troubles ahead - however, I have spent year and a half in ORION and I know it is worth to walk this path - for our countries, for our people and for ORION itself.



Citizens of ORION, citizens of the world - I wish you all a good week, and I hope the pre-Christmas season will go well for you and you will survive all the typical stress of this season 🙂 .
