El gobierno Esloveno estuvo incistiendo con una propuesta de Pacto de No Agresión, por lo cual se realizó un Debate y Votación involucrando representantes y lideres de todas las áreas de Veneuela.
Una gran mesa de dialogo, donde fueron invitados a participar: El Congreso Nacional, Presidentes de Partidos, Comandantes de Unidades Militares, Ministros y miembros del Equipo de Gobierno, Administradores del Foro Nacioanal, Militares destacados y Ciudadanos experimentados activos.
Se reunieron a todos en 2 masspms, totalizando junto al CP (Alnitak 22): 61 personas.
Se presentó capturas de todas las propuestas realizadas por Eslovenia. Uno a uno fueron debatidos todos los puntos de la propuesta, se analizó acorde a cada punto de vista los PRO y los CONTRA de las diferentes opciones.
Con un largo debate, dando suficiente tiempo de participación, respetando cada comentario y opinion, se procedio al conteo de votos, arrojando el siguiente resultado:
En un uso democratico y participativo para la toma de ésta desición tan importante para Venezuela, se concluyó: No aceptar el Pacto de No Agresión.
Agradecemos respetar la desición de Venezuela.

The Slovenian government was incising with a proposal of Non-Aggression Pact, for which a Debate and Voting was held involving representatives and leaders from all areas of Veneuela.
A large dialogue table, where they were invited to participate: National Congress, Presidents of Parties, Commands of Military Units, Ministers and members of the Government Team, Administrators of the National Forum, outstanding Military and active experienced Citizens.
They all met in 2 masspms, totaling next to the CP (Alnitak 22): 61 people.
Catches of all the proposals made by Slovenia were presented. One by one were debated all the points of the proposal, was analyzed according to each point of view in Favor and Against of the different options.
With a long debate, giving enough time to participate, respecting every comment and opinion, proceeded to the count of votes, yielding the following result:
1. Abstention - 43%
2. No to NAP - 26%
3. Yes to NAP - 24%
4. Divided opinion - 5%
5. Support for the majority - 2%
In a democratic and participatory use to make this decision so important for Venezuela, it was conclude

Para recuperar parte de nuestras regiones, pero al final qué más digno que un país unido a pesar de las adversidades siga luchando ante un gran poderío.

YOUR word was a problem here in the first place! When you wanted congres last month YOU offered a NAP to if we give you a congres. AND WE GAVE it to you -

But I insist, it is difficult to trust in you when it is those who attacked us at first and were hostile against Venezuela. Bueno mi gente esta es la decisión que hemos tomado, todos y cada uno de los ciudadanos presentes en ese massmp. Me siento orgulloso al saber que la gente de eVenezuela, mi país. Haya tenido la valentía de poder defender, honrar a nuestra bandera y a nuestra gente. El cambio, la evolución, las buenas cosas siempre vendrán y este es el comienzo, no me arrepiento y seguro ustedes tampoco porque es mejor luchar hasta el último momento que vivir ante el pensamiento de que solo dejamos que nos borraran e impusieron reglas.
Adelante mi eVenezuela, que toda crisis algun dia termina pero lo que no termina es el orgullo, y el poder saber que decidimos no rendirnos si no hacer historia y luchar.
