את היחידה רציתי להקים עוד בתקופה שהייתי מפקד נגב. לצערי מסיבות שלא היו תלויות בי נאלצנו לרדת מהרעיון. לשמחתי הרבה נפלה בידי ההזדמנות להחזיר את הרעיון כשבאתי הפעם מהצד השני, מהצד של השב"כ.
כמובן שהייתי מאוד נרגש ונלהב והקדשתי לא מעט זמן ולא מעט טקסט שכתבתי למען היחידה כמובן שהקדשתי גם הרבה מחשבה כדי להפוך את היחידה לכזאת שתהפוך להיות הכי טובה בישראל ושתוכל לבנות לעצמה שם בעולם.

2- האם אתה חושב שכל נגב שחקנים ו השב"כ, היה לספוג בתוך 1948 או היו בעיות?

לא כולם נקלטו, חלקם נשארו ביחידת נגב ששינתה את שמה בחזרה לאריות יהודה. חיילים שלא רצו לעבור לא הכרחנו ואני בטוח שכל מי שנקלט, נקלט בשמחה, קיבל הרבה מאוד ומרוצה מההחלטה לעבור ליחידה שלנו.

בעיקרון עוד לא הוחלט בדיוק איך צה"ל יהיה בנוי אך לפי איך שאני רואה את זה, היחידה תישאר כפי שהיא אך תאבד מהיכולת שלה לקלוט חיילים באופן עצמאי, היא תקלוט רק אנשים שיעברו טירונות צה"לית.
צעד זה יכול גם לעזור לחיילים שנמצאים היום ביחידה לשגשג כיוון שיקבלו יותר תשומת לב ויותר יחס כדי להתקדם, אספקה, לקבל תשובה על שאלות וכדומה.

לדעתי לישראל יש פוטנציאל עצום להיות חזקה. מדינות כגון פיירום/מקדוניה בעלות אוכולוסיה קטנה יותר עם כוח צבאי חזק בהרבה. אנחנו ישראלים אוהבים משחקי מחשב והוכחה לכך רואים אותנו הרבה במשחקי רשת כאלה ואחרים כדוגמת קאנטר סטרייק.
חסרים לנו עוד מנהיגים שיובילו אותנו קדימה לכיוון הפרסום, לכיוון הבייביבום שאותו כולנו מייחלים, כמעט כמו השלום בעולם האמיתי.
היחידה שלנו חשובה מאוד כדי להפוך את מדינת ישראל לחזקה יותר, מעבר להיותה יחידה צבאית, 1948 דוגלת באהבת הארץ, רצון לתרום, רצון להפוך את מקומנו למקום טוב יותר. 1948 היא לא סתם יחידה, היא מחנכת.
כמובן שכל אחד יכול להתייחס ליחידה באופן שהוא רואה בה, אבל אני בטוח שאנשים שיתייחסו אל היחידה לא סתם כאל יחידה, אלא כאל בית, ירוויחו יותר, הן במשחק והן במציאות.
אומנם זה רק משחק, אך עדיין אפשר להרוויח מהמשחק הרבה דברים שיכולים ללוות אותך בחיים האמיתיים כמו יכולת מנהיגות, יכולת אירגון ועוד שלל תכונות שאני בטוח שכולם היו רוצים לפתח. המשחק זו דרך מעולה לפתח אותם והיחידה זה בהחלט מקום טוב לקבל השראה כיצד ניתן לעשות זאת.

6- ביחידה זו אנו מתחילים קליטה של שחקנים חדשים ... יש הבדל בין הגדודים, ואם כן, אתה יכול להסביר לנו איך?
אחת המטרות של היחידה היא להיות מותאמת לכלל סוגי החיילים בישראל. היא לא מיועדת לקהל יעד מסויים, אלא לכלל האוכולוסיה.
מחלקה ראשונה למשל מיועדת לאנשי המפתח במדינה מבחינה צבאית. אנשים שרוצים להתקדם בהשפעה שלהם בקרבות ואלא שמספיק פעילים כדי להיות זמינים בכל רגע שצריכים אותם.

מחלקה 2 היא יותר בשביל "מעמד הביניים", אנשים שלא הכי חזקים, לא הכי פעילים אבל מצד שני גם לא הכי חלשים ושכן מתחברים מידי פעם למשחק.
ומחלקה 3 כמו שאתם בטח יכולים לשער, מחלקה לחיילים החדשים, אלא שצריכים סיוע שאותו הם יכולים כמובן לקבל ממחלקות 1-2.
המחלקה מיועדת לקליטה של חדשים ולהחדיר בהם את ערכי היחידה ולנסות להפוך אותם לפעילים ולפונקציונלים ביותר לחברה הישראלית.

7- Heiniken גולדסטאר או ?
כמו שאמרתי בשאלה 4, אינני שותה. אני שומר על הבריאות ומקווה שגם אתם תדאגו לגוף שלכם, כי כמו שאומרת פרסומת ברדיו בישראל "כי לגוף אין חלקי חילוף".

8- 1948 הוא בקשר עם עוד יחידות צבאיות בישראל או מחוצה לה?
היחידה נכון לכרגע לא בקשר הדוק עם יחידות אחרות למרות שבעבר נעשו מאמצים לארגן ביחד עם יחידות מחו"ל תקיפות משותפות למען חיזוק הקשרים עם מדינות אחרות וכדומה.
הפרוייקט נתקע ובימים הקרובים אני אמנה מישהו שיהיה אחראי על זה.

9-איך אתה חושב יהיה השלב הבא של היחידה?
הצעד הבא יהיה שיחות אישיות של כל חייל עם המפקדים, למען הגברת המודעות שלו כלפי היחידה, המעורבות שלו והרצון שלו לתרום. כמובן שבנוסף גם הבנת צרכי החייל והתאמת היחידה כלפי החיילים שלה.

5 - Did you ever thought that eIsrael could be so strong? And how important is 1948 as a unit for eIsrael?

I think Israel has a huge potential to be strong. Countries such as FYROM / Macedonia with population smaller with much stronger military power. We Israelis love computer games and prove that they see us a lot of games of one way or another network such as Country Strike.
We need leaders who will lead us further forward toward advertising, toward which we all want babyboom, almost like the real world peace.
