[ISP] Donation Project & Events

ISP Donation Project
In the near future the eRepublik admins are going to remove the organizations that many of us use and enjoy, and with this news my previous plans to start up an ISP owned company to retain more funding for ISP uses is no longer practical. However there is still a possibility to start up ISP Events with the help of our members.

The plan is to start an ISP Donation project to help secure at least two ISP events a month. The 1st event will happen after the Country Presidential elections, this event will be a contest to give our supporters a chance to win some gold and maybe some free stuff, a way to give back to all of our voters, the people who are the ones that put us into our congress and presidential seats. The 2nd event will be for the hard workers of the ISP, the members that are active in the forums and the various discussions that help form and protect our government.

The ISP only wishes to acquire 18-20 gold a month to provide enough for both prizes and advertisements, and not just event ads but for congress elections ads also to help provide support for our approved candidates.

This subject is currently being discussed in the ISP section in the national forums, so the donation project hasn't started yet, so make sure you take part in the discussion to make it happen. If this gets approval from active ISP members, donations will start immediatly and the first events will take place in January 2011.

ISP Social Group
Just a reminder to our members that the national forums has a new feature that allows the creation of social groups within the forums. The Imperial Sun Party now has their own social group that is currently set to invite only. The ISP social group is only for the active ISP members that are active on the forums. So if you are an ISP member active on the forums, please search the social group and request for membership, or just message me and I'll send an invite.

Now something new in the Social group, the the possibility of a Donation project to help gain funding for the planned events. As written above the 2nd event will involve the active forum users of the ISP, and the ISP social group was made to list the active users, so to be able to take part in the 2nd event, you have to be a member of the ISP social group to prove that you are an active forum user of the ISP. So I hope to see some invite requests soon.

ISP Party page Description & Orientation
During the time the ISP was under control from a rouge party president the party's page details were changed and I did not remember what they were, so I have currently changed it to what it currently is now with the help of my friend Genki Zen. But there is a thread open for discussion about this subject in the ISP section in the national forums, as I was hoping to get some kind of opinions and ideas for this situation. So if you dislike what you see or have something better in mind, please don't be afraid to visit the forums and post your opinions and ideas.
