1. First off, can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your history here in eRepublik?
Hello, my name is Stavros and i am from Cyprus. My history here in erep. Started playing for Greece. Moved to Cyprus. Playing only the economic module of the game 😛

2. Adriatica is a fairly new alliance, can you tell us some of the difficulties of managing such a new alliance?
Well i am new in this as well. Up to now we didn’t do much efforts as an alliance to work and achieve things. My goal is this. Bring every country on the same page and understand what we can do and what we can’t. That’s the main difficulty I face. When you have to do with small countries you need to be flexible.

3. In recent times founding Adriatica member Croatia was wiped from the map and without Congress for the first time ever in its history by Asteria. What was the general feeling in HQ when this happened and did it leave any questions about the future of the alliance?
As i said we are new and we are not an alliance that can lead the e-world as it is today. We simply don’t have the power. The future of this alliance lies in everybody’s hands. As i said we still need to work on our strategy and how we approach the game as alliance.

4. Georgia and Chile were also wiped recently (although Chile is back) however Georgia and Croatia still remain wiped. Does this speak to the ineffectiveness of Adriatica or to the effectiveness of your enemies?
Nope… it’s simply the number games. Adriatica has 100 damage and Asteria 300 damage. Also the fact that we have some issues and the fact that our enemy Asteria was not involved in any direct battle at that time made our efforts extremely difficult. Is not about effectiveness or not… but i can say that we are not ready yet to say that we play effectively the game.

5. Which member, if any would you like to see join your alliance and why?
Hmmm… right now i can’t say any name. The reason is that we are not ready as an alliance. Introducing new members will not help us make the alliance efficient. When we start working as an alliance we will be able to add new members. There are countries that i could name but i won’t

6. With the era of mega alliances ending and the world now being home to more smaller to medium sized alliances, how will your alliance take advantage of this to accomplish your own goals?
I will disagree. The game is by definition bi-polar. Adriatica can’t be a leading alliance right now. But we can definitely be an important player that determines battles and campaigns. We need to make new bonds with other alliances if we want to have a saying in e-world.

7. For nations out there without a current alliance, what does your alliance offer that all the others currently don’t?
Right now nothing. But when we are ready i can promise them a 100% support from the alliance when help is needed. That’s the nature of the alliance we need to create. Small countries united fighting altogether for a good result.

8. The HQ of your alliance is very quiet and your HQ has only ever posted one public article before. Are these signs that your alliance inactive?
I am not hiding. Yes the alliance was inactive and this is one more thing I will try to change. Many say that Adriatica is dead already. I am saying that we have just started. Whether we will succeed i don’t know…. But i know that we will try for the best.

9. Moving forward, what is the biggest issue that currently faces Adriatica?
Well as you mentioned we have members deleted from Asteria… so our enemy is Asteria. A huge and powerful enemy but we will do our best.

10. And last but not least, if eRepublik were to add a new country to the game, which nation do you think it should be and why?
New country? Not sure if this would change anything. For Cyprus it would be good a country near us. Interesting addition it could be few Asian countries to make the map a bit more interesting there. But that’s it really.

Much thanks to everyone who has read and been following my series. I hope to follow up with another interview although I am not sure which alliance will be next on my list. Please comment, subscribe and vote!

Kind Regards,
