Plan Gubernamental de Fomento de la Lectura y de la Prensa de Calidad [Dic-Ene]


El Gobierno de eCuba persevera en su decidido empeño por fomentar la Prensa de Calidad y la Lectura dentro de nuestro país, como ya hemos demostrado con el reciente Concurso Periodístico. Por ello, hemos decidido implantar un Plan Gubernamental que potencie y ayude económicamente a nuestros creadores de contenido brindando a la ciudadanía la oportunidad de leer material periodístico nacional de calidad. Como ya hemos dicho en varias ocasiones, consideramos que la cultura, en general, y la prensa, en particular, son elementos fundamentales a la hora de crear una comunidad sana, próspera y estable en nuestro país.






Ayudas incluidas dentro de este Plan Gubernamental:

Creación de Periódicos: 2 golds. Para aquellos cubanos que todavía no hubieran creado su periódico personal. Deberán enviar al Ministro de Educación una captura de pantalla de su perfil ingame en el que se vea que no poseen ningún periódico. Luego crearán su periódico y enviarán una captura de su perfil en la que se vea que ya lo han creado. Reciba esta información, el Gobierno asumirá el 100% de los costes de creación donándole al jugador interesado 2 golds.

Constancia Editorial: 300cc- 500cc- 1.000cc. El Gobierno becará la publicación del Primer (300cc), Tercer (500cc) y Quinto (1.000cc) artículo de cada ciudadano cubano que publique en eCuba a partir de la presentación pública del presente Plan. El Ministerio de Educación llevará cuenta de cada publicación por parte de cada autor, y donará el dinero a cada creador de contenido conforme vayan alcanzando la primera, tercera y quinta publicación personal.

Suficiencia Creativa: 1.500cc. El Gobierno quiere ir más allá en su fomento del periodismo de calidad, y por ello ayudará con 1.500cc a aquellos ciudadanos cubanos que publiquen en eCuba artículos en formato imagen, llamados también de tipo “revista” (hasta un máximo de 2 ayudas por jugador). Aquí aportamos algunos ejemplos y guías de esta modalidad de publicación.

Aporte de Conocimiento: 2.000cc. Todo aquel ciudadano cubano que publique en eCuba un artículo periodístico de tipo guía, o en el cual se desarrollen explicaciones sobre eRepublik y su realidad, recibirá una ayuda gubernamental de 2.000cc por cada una de sus aportaciones (hasta un máximo de 3 ayudas por jugador). Como condición, deberán ser contenidos 100% originales (no valen reediciones ni copias de artículos ya publicados).





Condiciones de este Plan Gubernamental:

A criterio del Ministerio de Educación, no se tendrán en cuenta para ninguna de las ayudas ofertadas aquellos artículos que no sean originales, que sean de baja calidad, de poco interés compositivo o directamente spam, entre otros.

El presente Plan estará vigente desde su publicación ingame hasta el día de 6 enero (final de legislatura).

No podrán acogerse a ninguna de estas ayudas todos aquellos artículos publicados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigor del presente Plan Gubernamental.





Presupuesto, dudas y colaboración:

El Gobierno de eCuba ha conseguido conformar un presupuesto de 20.000cc para la puesta en marcha de este Plan Gubernamental, fruto de multitud de donaciones anónimas y particulares que desde aquí aprovechamos para agradecer.

Government Plan for the Promotion of Reading and the Quality Press [Dec-Jan]


The Government of eCuba perseveres in its determined effort to promote the Quality and Reading Press within our country, as we have already demonstrated with the recent Journalistic Contest (https://bit.ly/2S3DLJn). For this reason, we have decided to implement a Government Plan that empowers and helps our content creators financially by giving citizens the opportunity to read quality national journalistic material. As we have already said on several occasions, we consider that culture, in general, and the press, in particular, are fundamental elements when it comes to creating a healthy, prosperous and stable community in our country.



Aid included in this Government Plan:

Creation of Newspapers: 2 golds. For those Cubans who had not yet created their personal newspaper. They must send the Ministry of Education (https://bit.ly/2QBrT4w) a screenshot of their ingame profile in which they can see that they do not have any newspaper. Then they will create their newspaper and send a snapshot of their profile in which they see that they have already created it. Receive this information, the Government will assume 100% of the creation costs, giving the interested player 2 golds.

Constancia Editorial: 300cc- 500cc- 1.000cc. The Government will receive the publication of the First (300cc), Third (500cc) and Fifth (1,000cc) article of each Cuban citizen that publishes in eCuba from the public presentation of this Plan. The Ministry of Education will keep an account of each publication by each author, and will donate the money to each content creator as they reach the first, third and fifth personal publications.

Creative Sufficiency: 1.500cc. The Government wants to go further in its promotion of quality journalism, and therefore will help with 1,500cc those Cuban citizens who publish in eCuba articles in image format, also called "magazine" type (up to a maximum of 2 aids per player ). Contribution of Knowledge: 2,000cc. Any Cuban citizen who publishes in eCuba a journalistic article of guide type, or in which explanations are developed about eRepublik and its reality, will receive a government aid of 2,000cc for each of its contributions (up to a maximum of 3 grants per player). ). As a condition, they must be 100% original content (they are not reprints or copies of articles already published).




Conditions of this Government Plan:

At the discretion of the Ministry of Education, those articles that are not original, that are of low quality, of little compositional interest or directly spam, among others, will not be taken into account for any of the offered aids.

This Plan will be in force from its publication ingame until the day of January 6 (end of term).

All those articles published prior to the entry into force of this Government Plan will not be eligible for any of these grants.
