Esta es la nueva ley aprobada por el congreso:

CAMPOS DE ENTRENAMIENTO

1.- El día de las rebajas de los trainings ground, el Gobierno de eCuba, aportará 3k cc al ciudadano ecubano que lo solicite con la única finalidad de subir los trainings.

2.- El Ciudadano eCubano que lo solicite, tendrá que cumplir una serie de requisitos:

2.1.- Tener al menos 2 medallas del trabajo.
2.1.1.- En el caso que fuera más joven, podrá solicitarlo mediante el aval del PP del partido que milite o Comandante de MU que pertenezca, que certifique que no es una multi (en el caso que pasado un mes, este jugador falleciese o fuera baneado, el avalista, deberá reponer la totalidad del dinero que fuera dado a su avalado al Estado).
2.2.- Hacer 2 Capturas de Pantalla. Una primera con los trainings si subir y una segunda con los trainings subidos. Ambas deberán incluir fecha y hora del sistema.

3.- El Gobierno, tras la verificación de dichos requisitos, tardará un máximo de 72 horas en abonar dicha subvención.
3.1- Al momento de anunciar la ayuda, el Gobierno destinará como total máximo el 5% del dinero que posea en ese momento, sumando el Tesoro y ORGs.
3.2- En caso de que la cantidad de solicitantes signifique un costo mayor al 5% de las arcas del estado de ese momento se creará una comisión entre los 2 partidos con más miembros de ese momento más un representante del ejecutivo, quienes decidirán a su juicio y de forma objetiva, balanceada, observando si el solicitante tiene apoyo de partidos o unidades militares y atendiendo los intereses de la nación; quienes finalmente recibirán la ayuda.

4.- El Gobierno, se compromete a publicar el día de las rebajas de los trainings, un artículo con los requisitos necesarios para solicitar la ayuda y la persona del Gobierno con la que ponerse en contacto en caso de duda.
4.1- En caso que el día de la rebaja sea el 5 o 6 del mes, el Gobierno podrá demorar hasta un máximo de 48 horas en publicar el artículo.

5.- El Gobierno deberá llevar un control en un documento todas las subvenciones y deberá controlar que los upgrades sean válidos con respecto al historial del solicitante.

6.- El Gobierno deberá brindar acceso o copia del documento del art. 5 al siguiente Gobierno antes del día 7 de cada mes.






ADQUISICIÓN DEL CONTRATO DE ENTRENAMIENTO AL 90% DE DESCUENTO



1.- El día de rebajas para la adquisición del contrato de entrenamiento al 90% de descuento, aportará 2k cc al ciudadano ecubano que lo solicite con la única finalidad de adquirirlo.

2.- El Ciudadano eCubano que lo solicite, tendrá que cumplir una serie de requisitos:

2.1.- Ser Ciudadano eCubano
2.2.- Tener subidos todos los trainings grounds
2.3.- Hacer 3 capturas de pantalla. Una primera, con los trainings subidos. Una segunda con las horas que tiene pendiente (si las tuviera) y una tercera con las horas nuevas una vez cogido el contrato. Todas ellas con fecha y hora del sistema.
2.4.- Tener una fuerza menor a 30.000
2.5.- Tener menos de 20 medallas de Héroe de Batalla.


3.- El Gobierno, tras la verificación de dichos requisitos, tardará un máximo de 72 horas en abonar dicha subvención.

This is the new law approved by the Congress:



TRAINING CAMPS

3.- The Government, after the verification of these requisites, will have 72 hours as the maximum to give this subvention.

CONTRACTS AID

1.- The sales day for the acquisition of the training contract with the 90% of discount will give 2k CC to each eCuban citizen who ask for it with the unique intention of acquiring it.

2.- the eCuban citizen who ask for it, must have the following requirements:

2.1- Being eCuban citizen.
2.2- Having improved the Training grounds.
2.3- Making 3 captures. A first one with the improved trainings. A second one with the pending hours (if s/he has it) and a third one with the new hours once they have the subvention. All with date and time of the system.
2.4.- Having less force to 30,000
2.5.- Having less than 20 medals Hero Battle.

3.- The Government after reviewing the requisites will have 72 hours to give the subvention.

4.- The Government must publish the sales day an article with the necessary requirements to ask for the help and the person of the Government with whom you must put in contact with if you have any doubt.
