El Ministerio de Educación lanza la "Educación Gubernamental", con el objetivo de Formar Cuadros Políticos que puedan ejercer los distintos Ministerios y Secretarías de Gobierno en un futuro cercano.
Se trata de Inmediatamente meter de lleno a los Ciudadanos que lo deseen en la gestión, trabajando codo a codo con el Gobierno y aprendiendo de forma directa las funciones.

En este caso, se abre la inscripción para el Ministerio de Economía.
Aquellos interesados en aprender el manejo de la Economía a nivel País, y Política Económica, podrán enviar MP al Ministro de Educación y MInistro de Economía y será incorporado en un MASS-MP de Aprendizaje mediante el Trabajo.

Como Primer paso e Introducción al tema, a Continuación se muestra una vista rápida y simple sobre parte de las funciones del Ministerio de Economía y cómo llevarlas a cabo.

Esta planilla, de Acceso Público como su nombre lo indica, muestra el estado de las cuentas y su recorrido.  
Ingresos por Impuestos, Endorsers, Donaciones, Negocios, Judeo, y Egresos por MPPs, AS, Inversiones, Ayudas, etc.

In order to maintain the Order and a close monitoring of the State's accounts, the Government completes daily a Form commonly called "Public Balance".
This form, Public Access as its name indicates, shows the status of the accounts and their route.
Income Taxes, Endorsers, Donations, Business, Monetary Market Play, and Expenditures for MPPs, AS, Investments, Aids, etc.

REFERENCIAS:
1- Saldo Anterior: Saldo heredado del Mes Anterior.  Debe ser completado el día 6 de cada mes, con lo correspondiente hasta el día anterior inclusive.
2- Saldo Actual: El saldo anterior con todas las variaciones sucedidas hasta el día de la fecha, ese número será el que pasará a ser el Saldo Actual del Siguiente mes.
3- Registro de Sumas y Restas, coloreado en ROJO porque es Automático, se completará mediante el llenado de las hojas que se ven en la imágen referenciadas con el número 5.  Podría llamarse Movimientos Fijos.
4- En las Celdas en Blanco (sin colorear) se irán completando ingresos ó egresos que no tengan una hoja en particular, los podríamos llamar Movimientos Variables.
REFERENCES:
1- Previous Balance: Balance inherited from the previous month. Must be completed on the 6th of each month, with the corresponding until the previous day inclusive.
2- Current Balance: The previous balance with all the variations happened until the day of the date, that number will be the one that will become the Current Balance of the Next month.

Judeo: Jugar especulativamente con el valor de la moneda en el Mercado Monetario, intentando obtener el mejor rédito posible, tomando ciertos riesgos.  Básicamente se trata de Especulación Financiera, herramienta Capitalista por Excelencia, pero utilizada para dar Ganancias al Estado, en lugar de Entidades Financieras privadas.

Hay un bot, un robot, que compra CC una vez cada 10 días aprox. (es casi nula la cantidad de gente que compra cc en el mercado monetario, por eso pasa el bot.).  Los últimos 10 días se cumplieron ayer:
Monetary Market Play: To play speculatively with the value of the currency in the Money Market, trying to obtain the best possible return, taking certain risks. Basically it is Financial Speculation, Capitalist tool for Excellence, but used to give profits to the State, instead of Private Financial Institutions.

There is a bot, a robot, that buys CC once every 10 days approx. (It is almost null how many people buy cc in the money market, that's why the bot passes). The last 10 days were fulfilled yesterday:


Puse a Vender nuevamente CC, y agregué 72 golds más a la venta (ya había 28 golds antes).

Esto hay que tener paciencia, luego profundizaremos sobre el Judeo, pero por ahora hay que esperar que esas ofertas se vendan.
Tené en cuenta lo siguiente:

Vender 1 gold, nos daría según nuestra oferta: 457cc.
Vender 457cc, nos daría según nuestra oferta: 1.37golds
Ganancia: 0.37golds por cada gold judeado. osea casi un 40% de ganancia.

Esto sucede sólo si VENDEMOS, nunca COMPRAR (veremos más adelante en qué casos puntuales se compraría golds, debería estar a precio muy bajo).

Ahora hablemos sobre el Mercado de Productos:

Es nuestra responsabilidad que el mercado esté activo.  
Activo quiere decir, que viva, y para eso necesitamos que haya productos a precio razonable.
Si hay productos muy caros, nadie comprará en Cuba, por lo tanto el mercado tiende a morir.
Si no hay productos, la gente comprará en otro lado, por lo tanto el mercado ya murió.
Pa mantenerlo vivo, hay que darle oxígeno...
It is our responsibility that the market is active.
Active means live, and for that we need products that are reasonably priced.
If there are very expensive products, nobody will buy in Cuba, therefore the market tends to die.
If there are no products, people will buy elsewhere, therefore the market is already dead.
To keep him alive, you have to give him oxygen ...


Lo más importante que DEBE haber en venta es:
- COMIDA Q1 (ó Q2, ó ambas)
- ARMAS Q7 (el resto de Q NO)
- CASAS Q1
- RAW de Comida, Armas y Casas (en ese orden de prioridad).

Cuándo es necesario que el Estado INTERVENGA en el mercado?
Cuando los productos citados arriba están en Cuba a un precio muy alto, ó cuando NO hay cantidad suficiente a la venta en nuestro mercado.

Para Realizar la Intervención del Mercado, el Estado Cubano me dió 40k cc para comprar suficiente mercadería al menos precio posible, y venderlo a un precio Razonable (Cerca del precio más bajo, intentando no perder dinero respecto a la compra realizada).

En las imágenes siguientes, veremos el Mercado Cubano, en el primer día de Gobierno:
En VERDE se verán las Ofertas Razonables, en AMARILLO ó NARANJA las Ofertas medianamente Razonables, pero Claramente mejorables.  Y en ROJO las Ofertas Irracionales, muy elevados.
Esto no quiere decir que SIEMPRE haya mala fe del Comerciante, puede ser que haya puesto productos a la venta hace tiempo y no revisó más el valor del mercado, ó que ponga precios altos para especular con algún aumento de precios, ó simplemente para poder hablar mal del Gobierno.  Los hay de todos colores en nuestra amada Isla.
The most important thing MUST be for sale is:
- FOOD Q1 (or Q2, or both)
- Q7 WEAPONS (the rest of Q NO)
- HOUSES Q1
- Raw Food, Arms and Houses (in that order of priority).

When is it necessary for the State to intervene in the market?
When the products mentioned above are in Cuba at a very high price, or when there is not enough quantity on sale in our market.

To carry out the Market Intervention, the Cuban State gave me 40k cc to buy enough merchandise at least possible price, and sell it at a Reasonable price (Near the lowest price, trying not to lose money on the purchase made).

In GREEN will be the Reasonable Offers, in YELLOW or ORANGE the Offers Fairly Reasonable, but Clearly improveable. And in RED Irrational Offers, very high.
This is not to say that there is ALWAYS a bad faith of the Merchant, it may be that he has put products on sale for some time and he has not reviewed the market value anymore, or that he has put high prices to speculate with some price increase, or simply to speak Of the Government.
