[CP]Renovation

Day 2,171, 03:15 Published in South Africa South Africa by Wilpanzer

Greetings fellow South Africans

In these turbulent times it's difficult to recognize the face of victory or defeat. Our efforts have proved to be somewhat successful, but we are still a long way from home. We're suffering, just like every other small nation, from extreme levels of inactivity. We are indeed a city under siege.

However, through our continued efforts we hope to keep our country in the hands of the people and their representatives so that the Republic may live to see the Sun rise tomorrow and in the far future.

The survival of our Republic depends much on the people's will to survive. Our current situation requires of us to hold off the enemy, but also to rebuild what lay in ruin.

The Agenda This Week
Alliance

During the last few weeks we had a very rough time. As some of you may know, congress voted in favor of joining ACT, but we have heard no further news from TWO HQ about our application.

This is somewhat worrisome as we need support from solid allies, but rumors have also spread of increasing division within TWO itself. We may see new allegiances soon. It therefore seems logical to wait a few days and see where we want to invest our loyalty.

Ambassador Corps

I have recently called for reviving our Ambassador Corps. Our MoFA, Marmaduke, has wasted no time in taking the initiative. We'll be hoping to establish communication lines with our most essential allies within the next week.

Forums

A hard pill to swallow is obviously the decay of our forum activity. Over the last 6 months we've reverted to in-game PM communication, which was very unpopular earlier.

I want to implore every active citizen to join our forums and visit on a regular basis. It's the ideal platform where the government can reach out to the citizens and where the citizens can involve themselves in the government.

Let's renovate!
