Good morning gentlemen o/,

First things first, a grateful thanks to the good people of UKRP & ESO who may be surprised to find me as their CP candidate.

This was heroically achieved without the need for a fair democratic process after successfully trolling that TUP is a national threat and must not be allowed power at all costs. Nicking the treasury, giving us Keers & Kravenn and generally being an easy target to name but a few of their many, many transgressions…

And now onto the formulaic filler CP manifesto we all love and cherish:-

Having saved ourselves a good 20/30mins of the usual waffle, let’s talk business. I’ve asked the best and brightest from around the eUK if they want to muck about for a term, and to my surprise, all are game. As a bonus plot twist I’d even pegged Wayne to nick and systemically blow up the MoD, at least until his better half reminded him he’s off cruising with Grampa Alfag for the month…

So with the nefarious ringleaders of the unofficial opposition sailing off into the sunset I hope you’ll join me in despair at our proposed government for February:-

Prime Minister & Co-MoD - Paul T

Minister of Defence – Chaz

Minister of Finance – Huey

Minister of Forig Affairs – Aaron

Minister of Education – Voodoo

I genuinely believe we have the best man for the job in each of these roles – they have years of active experience across the whole of government and I’m confident they’d do a brilliant job in the many tasks ahead.

If you’d like to potentially join us in gov for the month then please do drop me a message, unless you’re another Ajay we’d probably love to have you. In the next couple of days we’ll be discussing realistic goals we want to set each department beyond simply what we want to keep n suchlike.

Isn't the best CP not the one who hs the best People around him?
Nobody rules alone, the Keys are the People that are in place doing what they are best at for the Country.
A Leader recognizes this and Lets then freely do their work in their terrain.

So you're saying that being CP is more than pushing a few buttons?

The only thing more is meta which isn't needed to play the game.

It seems that meta exists solely to provide some sort of achievement for those players that really should get out more in RL.

Pushing buttons is the least part of being CP. Indeed, I was CP under the dictatorship and had no buttons to press. But there was still plenty to do.

In my experience 75% of your time as CP is spent dealing with wars and foreign affairs: war, avoiding war, helping allies in their wars, and securing help for our own wars. None of that is "meta" - most of it is admin and strategy (and - in my case - article writing as well).

I can only judge from when I've been here. In the 3 months that I've been back, I don't think a MoFA article has been published. Even though there has been ample chance to do so... you know, like joining an alliance.

Step it up AMD, I'll be in the cabinet this term and rest assured, you'll be badgered day and night (you'll get a weeks break) if you ain't pulling your weight.

I would personally get no greater pleasure than to fire Aaron in the most sadistically creative way possible - but it would be cutting the nose to spite the face

I mentioned many years ago that the MoD and MoFA should be heavily connected, ideally the same guys. When/if he fails, I'm sure me, Chaz and Pauly will step in for you in that area 😉

in the old days it actually was - there was a senior Minister responsible for coordinating both in tangent

the last time both ministries were unified was under my last term with Saville as MoDaFA if I remember right -

but tbh the best way forward is cabinet working as a group to sorting out issues as opposed to Ministers only focusing on their own department

Yeah, I've never been a fan of 'Your this, so you can only do that' kind of cabinet.

I just let my cabinet do as they pleased. As long as you have guys that understand the narrative, everything will be rosy.
