I.首先以EC住民的身分針對神州大陸近來發生的報紙潮發表看法：

其實兩方的看法都沒有甚麼錯誤阿，老實說。
但是，如果就個人鄙見，我會建議參考RL宣戰相關事宜來解釋這件事：
像美國，就有戰爭授權法來處理國會追認或是要求總統停止緊急戰事的情況。

所以也許EC可以參考這樣的作法，補強程序正義的問題。
(不過有EC議員提出說明，其實總統可提出緊急議案，無視議會表決結果並實行。)
可見在上位者，得先把組織法與相關條例看熟才行阿。
