Writers Challenge between Alliances - Registration started

At first I would like to say Thanks for everybody, who helped me to do it or supported the initiative.

I would like to organise a Writers Challenge between Alliances to bring alliances together and increase the quality of journalism.
The challenge will be start on 3 515st day 0:00 (eRepublik time).

Abot the game

The participants will represent their allies. The firs 3 allies will get a reward. Twe reward will proportionaly distributed among the writers of the alliance. The first reward will be about 50k cc. I don't know exactly, it depends on supperters.
The articles will rated by jury. The members of the jury are: alioth, Clopoyaur, Zek Punga and the players.
The fourth poin will given based on votes. The most voted article will get 10 points, the second 9, 3rd 8...
The Alliance will get the average points of its writers. So the result will not depends on the number of writers.
The participants shouldn't write olny one article, the challenge will more rounds. The topic of the articles will be in my newspaper befor the next round. The articles must be in English.


Rules

- maximum points in one round is 40
- if somebody publish an article with same content, the alliance will get 10 point penalty
- using external links isn't allowed
- if somebody use indecent words, first time the alliance will get 10 points penalty, the second time the writer will disqulafied
- if somebody changes citizenship or alliance, the alliance will get 50 pints penalty
