So I was asked to take over the department not too long ago... take it over from Civil Anarchy. I was reluctant because when I think of the Media Department and the WHPR I think of a very serious and on topic department. Nothing wrong with that but it is surely, not me... My writing style is informal and I need to learn how to write all... professional and all that stuff. But I won't because that is boring. Lol.

The Team
The only reason this paper is in existence at the moment is because of Hale, One_Sky, and Lemon Vodka who is my writing team. They take on a lot of the work and I just sit here with a title looking cool, although editing the WHPR is a pain 😛

New Publication Times and what to expect
Tuesday and Friday are the usual publication times for the WHPR but that didn't work for me so I asked for Wednesday and Saturday... and it was approved! So that is when you can expect to see this lovely paper.

Now what can you expect... I don't know really to be honest. I'm just going to cover hot and important topics and get interviews with important people. Generally I want the reader to become more informed after reading this, yet have at least one topic that someone, anyone can find interesting enough to click and read. Otherwise, I'm just looking to do the status quo and add some finesse wherever possible. 😃

War Analysis – Brozil

As mentioned before, America's main prio right now has been Brozil.

Brazil being an ebrother for America, most of you have fought in at least 1 intense Brazillian battle as of late. This is due to Brazil's recent declaration of war on Argentina. Argie being a mega-nation, and Brazil being a mega nation (with many chokepoints), we expected this to be the hardest front we've assisted in a long time.

So far, it has exceeded those expectations.

On day 1 Brazil defended N.Brazil against Colombian-Attack, while capturing Pampas. The Pampas battle was hard fought for the most part, but Brazil pulled through to win the fight 86-8

However, following this assault came the Argie counter. Brazil lost a RW in Free State SA, the direct assault on Mesopotamia and the RW in Pampas region.
In short- They got blasted.

Not one to be knocked out though, Brozil regained the intiative after an excellent 90 point defense of Brazil's core region Parana and Santa Catarina, and recaptured Pampas. This too came with the loss of 2 unimportant SA regions. (No bonuses were lost)

During this time Brazil also fended off a minor assault from Uruguay, now occupying their only territory. (Charrua)

True to the nature of this front, Brazil is now fending off 3 tight RWs.
Northern Cape- 23-19 (For Brozil)
Charrua- 20-13 (For Uruguay)
N.Low Amazon- 26-26 (For..erm..both?)

In Summary- This front has been tight so far. Argie has been putting up strong resistance in RWs, while holding onto a bit of land.
Despite the massive losses inflicted upon Argie by Chile to the West, Brazil to the East and Paraguay to the North~ This war is far from over.

Of course, we wouldn't have it any other way 😉

Election Results and ATO efforts

The ATO was a success this month. Not only that we secured the top 5 parties but we also managed to win some small parties. The big fight this month was Friendship & Honor. AFA was determined to take the party but DLS , Jlo and other great players did a great job and we secured it . I asked our VP Jefferson_Locke about the ATO success :

Jlo : "The main goal of the ATO operations this month was to protect our new friends, Friendship & Honor. We new that the AFA was going to make them the primary target in order to seek revenge against them, and wanted to make sure that we protected them so that all others know that if they leave the AFA, we would have their back.”

An interesting thing about the ATO operations was that the AFA has lost votes last month and this month as well. They also don't seem to be able to move votes as well as they used too.

But other than Friendship and Honor, they didn't target anyone in the top five, because they wanted to make sure that they took that party. Luckily, we have a lot of dedicated people. Dr Luis did a great job with DHS this month, and so did his deputies. "

The DHS did a great job this month but we have to thank the citizens that helped them ! We are doing a good job so far but we must be ready . The AFA wont stop until they get what they want ! Fortunately , the eUS citizens are strong enough to stop them ! Way to go America !
