I think that need to change rocket factory. The 5min buster is mentally retarded. It should be at last 20 min, but 2 hours is better. And damage should be increased twice, at last.

And add new industry to produce Guerilla items

5 Minutes booster is good if you want to throw your FF and take a Battle Hero in D1-D3. Instead of using 2 hours booster and only make a good use of 5 minutes, you can use a short time booster and get the same result.
