Dear citizens of whole world,

This message will be quick but strong. Italy was attacked by Ukraine because they refused to surrender their neutrality and accept training war with Ukraine from occupied core region of Slovenia. Italy as neutral country did the right decision to refuse this training war. Response? Ukraine attacked Italy for real and took their region. Here is explanation of whole situation by Italy :

We should not be bullied, we should not surrender values that we strongly stand for. Italy has right to refuse because it is not right to do this training war from occupied region. They threatened them. Ukraine did this wrong and we, citizens of free world should stand for freedom of Italy..for freedom of choice and expression. For freedom of choice of all neutral countries.

This can happen to any of us. The whole world is watching and any neutral country should say - „No, this is wrong and we will help our neutral friends .“

So till the Italy region is free, I will personally use all my weapons to help my neutral friends. And one remark, if this oppression would happened from CODE country, I would fight against CODE. This has nothing to do with Alliances. This is about what is right and what is wrong.

So I ask whole world, that is still not dead, fight for the values that are right! You, all neutral countries, you farm in your local training wars to collect gold, so please use your energy right and stand for the values!

Slovakia is also neutral country, so we understand the situation very well. And we understand repercussions by Ukraine, but we stand for the values! I hope Ukraine will let Italy live its life and also wont threaten Slovakia because we opened our mouth.

Please share the message to all citizens, we should know what is happening in our eWorld and show what is right.

For now, it seems that Ukraine stopped fighting in that RW after Round 1, they saw probably this is too big for them to fight whole world.

Just two notifications:
1) Italy itself made Ukraine take its core. They did it in order to close the tw. There wasn't any direct attack on Italy with military aim, otherwise they'd definitely feel it.
2) We do not fight in rw. The larger part of our community didn't accept this idea and we give up the region. The order is as usual - to hold the pp-damage for code pussies.

Neutral Italy should react quicker on the changing reality. There wasn't too much problems for neutral Italy to tw any code neighbour when the situation was safe for them. So take the decisions, the big brother around is changed.

Just to clarify a couple of things:

1. We don't host members of war alliances on our cores.

2. We don't do TWs without the agreement of the owners of the cores involved.

That been said, we clearly mentioned the above reasons to your CP confirming we won’t be able to have a TW with you at the border, and also offered to AS one of your region to do one over there. And we’ve been completely ignored on this.

Too easy to say that we do more TWs with Code. Not my fault if Italy is in the middle of Europe with Code countries on the border. And in eItalian territory it has been agreed to have only neutral countries.

On the other hand, we have been more than happy to have TWs with Asteria countries as well when possible, but when proposing an AS we also need to keep in mind point 2.

Your CP didn’t want to listen and imposed a TW with some veiled threats. And we cannot allow anyone to wake up one morning and tell us what to do. Hope you agree with this.

Ukraine should learn some respect before starting any "diplomatic" talk with other countries.
With that attitude you are not going to receive any respect from us.

2) Ukraine's cores are full, no further discussion.

Ukraine has 24 tws, we don't lose much because of a single tw. The basic Italy's problem is you are not in time with the e-world changes. You twed 1/3 code countries when it was safe for you. In a couple of days there will be an Asteria ocean around. You'll open these tws one way or another/
