Update | Cabinet Changes

Day 657, 21:24 Published in Philippines Philippines by Swagger McSwag
Dearest Citizens,

Here are the latest changes to my administration as of September 8, 2009. I will be releasing a fuller administration list in the days ahead.

Rich Porter is now Vice President. He will assume responsibility for running the state in the event of my not being online for a maximum of 24 hours, or for a predetermined period of time (a scheduled absence). This is concurrent with his designation as National Defense director and other duties.

Negosyo sa tao has been promoted to full Director of the Department of Finance, after serving admirably as acting Director for some time now. This is concurrent with his designation as Deputy Director of Trade and Industry and other duties.

Yours truly will be officially taking the helm of the Department of Education until a suitable replacement is found. DepEd has remained headless since the unfortunate resignation of its previous director. A full educational curriculum for the Philippine Military Academy and for employees of government-run companies is now in the works.

Anthony Trafford has been relieved of his responsibilities as head of the Department of Pan-Dimensional Affairs due to his departure to the United States. Yours truly will be taking charge of this department until a suitable replacement is found.

The Diplomatic Corps has been renamed to the Foreign Service. I misused the tem "diplomatic corps". "Foreign service" is the correct term.

All other designations will remain as they are, pending further notice.

An oft-updated list of key persons in the executive branch of the Philippine government, and civil, military and foreign services can be found here: http://ephilippines.forummotion.com/public-discussion-f8/the-philippine-government-t1175.htm

Yours,

Ariel David Buena
