Tratado entre Cuba y Ucrania

On January 8, 4067 eR, the Governments of Cuba and Ukraine reached an agreement for the cession of the Salitre resource owned by Cuba in the Las Villas region.

After the approval in both congresses, Cuba and Ukraine, we have signed the following agreement between the Governments of Cuba and Ukraine.



Cuba will cede the Salitre resource it owns in Las Villas to Ukraine.

Cuba will keep 40% of the monthly collection obtained by this agreement, and will return the remaining 60% to Ukraine in the manner and time that both governments agree.

In the event that 40% of the monthly collection is less than 225k cc, Cuba will keep 225kc and return the remaining amount to Ukraine.

Both governments must contact every month to treat their renewal for another month.

This agreement is signed by the Presidents of Cuba and Ukraine

El pasado día 8 de Enero, 4067 eR, los Gobiernos de Cuba y Ucrania llegaron a un acuerdo para la cesión del recurso del Salitre que posee Cuba en la región de Las Villas.

Tras la aprobación en ambos congresos, Cuba y Ucrania, damos por firmado el siguiente acuerdo entre los Gobiernos de Cuba y Ucrania.



Cuba cederá el recurso de Salitre que posee en Las Villas a Ucrania.

Cuba se quedará con el 40% de la recaudación mensual que obtenga por el presente acuerdo, y devolverá el 60% restante a Ucrania en la forma y tiempo que ambos gobiernos acuerden.

En caso de que el 40% de la recaudación mensual sea inferior a 225k cc, Cuba se quedará con 225k cc y devolverá a Ucrania la cantidad restante.

Ambos Gobiernos deberán contactar cada mes para tratar su renovación por otro mes más.

Este acuerdo está firmado por los Presidentes de Cuba y Ucrania

8 січня, 4067 ереп дня, уряди еУкраїни та еКуби уклали угоду про концесію ресурса селітра, що контролюється еКубою в регіоні Las Villas .

Після погодження в обох конгресах, Куби та України, Ми підписали наступну угоду між урядами еУкраїни та еКуби.



еКуба буде орендувати ресурс селітра в регіоні Las Villas еУкраїні.

Куба буде зберігати за собою 40% коштів отриманих від оренди, і надсилатиме залишкові 60% назад до еУкраїни шляхом і способом погодженим між двома урядами.

Якщо 40% які еКуба залишає, менші ніж 225 тисяч cc, еКуба залишатиме за собою 225 тисяч сс і повертатиме залишок до еУкраїни.

Обидва уряди повинні контактувати один між одним 1 числа кожного місяця якщо одна зі сторін хоче змінити умови договору.
