Make the eNetherlands great again!
For two long has our great nation been run over by foreign and incompetent people. That will change now.
1: Build a wall
We will build a wall to protect us from hostile attacks. To keep the cost low, I will force Arcanic Mindje to buil one out of pancakes.
2: Lock him up
As I have no further use for my opponent, I will put him behind bars where he belongs.
3: Wash that face
I suspect that the annoying behavior we all know from odan is simply due to all the paint that is covering his face.
And of course:

And who has run over eNL? It sounds very poetic to me, but I cannot follow the exact meaning. If you can run over a country, I guess you're quite competent, as I for sure couldn't. I can run in a country, or run for a country, or overrun a country if people would be willing to help me, but I cannot run over it afaik.
On another note, what is the last gov without a single RL non-NL player in it? As far as I know eNL has for many years depended on the input from its well-respected foreigners.
More on-topic: I don't really see the point in programs without any serious content. Nor in the absence of a program... As far as I can see, neither candidate is really doing his best to become CP...

@NoTie: Afaik ElGorro's program says: most of what we're doing is great, let's continue. And then there's some stuff about a "vision document" for next year. I've had some RL experiences with terminology like this, and never has much good come from such visions...
However, I have to admit: the country celebrations part is sort of original, and I'm looking forward to it.
Also looking at the team, it basically says, we're doing everything fine, let's continue.
So, even though it's two articles and a lot of words, it can be easily summarized to create something that is roughly as long as Trannsvaal's article.
However, I also have to admit that this article does not present me with such a clear message as ElGorro's program. He is parodying Trump's campaign as far as I can tell, but I have no clue how that would translate to anything in-game. I can only assume that in the end also Trannsvaal wouldn't change that much, making the actual programs remarkably similar...

And putting a dangerous animal behind bars only seems logical.
