Greeks started to boycott token market 6 months ago, sent tickets asking for transparency. The rest of us hoped for a quick change because there was no reason for token market to be shady. Nobody would be unhappy seeing the name of the player doing business with, unless its a shady business.
5 months have been passed and we joined to our greek friends by sending one more ticket and telling how restless we are.. by being neglected by the administration team. We kept seeing this label on the status part of tickets we sent :
We told many times there is something wrong with the token market starting with the hidden seller names. Admins kept saying everything is perfect. Yesterday, we have witnessed the problem is far more severe than just the names, that the whole system is vulnarable.

Erepublik admins has lost the trust we have for them by insisting on staying in shady side. Now claiming only 249 tokens were affected has no credibility on our side. The persistance of token market being kept alive after so much BS is just another slap on our face.
We have spent too much time trying to communicate with the admins and we have waited patiently for 6 months for a fair step forward. Our patience is over. We demand proper customer service! Untill then we refuse to be a loyal customer! We refuse to be a part of community that is underrated! Untill then..

Sorry for replying here, but I think you won't mind, after I comment.
What I think we're missing here is the plan beside.
Some of us saw the removal of donations log, orgs and other initiatives, and we started thinking that admins wanted a free and secret jurisdiction over irregular behaviours to help some players/countries, and let others do as they like.
That could be true in part, but this situation is the effect of another process.
Token market was a second step of the same plot. The first step was removing combat orders..
It's something I go repeating from years. Admins moved the game to AWS (a major company's web services host, that will charge you depending on the resources you use), which means that now the not paying players cost something daily to admins. And typically not forward-looking entrepreneurs think first to reduce the cost, before increasing profits.
Their "marketing" idea became "let's keep in game only the paying ones". To achieve that, they first needed to harm those players who relied on packs sold from allies and friends. These players, in fact, cost a huge amount of AWS resources, because they used to hunt COs and BHs for all day long, consuming a lot of resources. That hurts, considering that a buying player doesn't have to consume resources that much to entertain himself fully.
You will say "hey, even those tokens bought, are earning", but it's not true. You have 20 euros of earning from packs monthly from players who consume, let's say 15-20 euros of AWS resources, and 40-50 euros of earning from packs monthly from players who consume at worst 10-15 euros of AWS resources.
Who would you benefit?
That is why a hidden control of the cost of packs had to be implemented, so the admins could put the token's price to a level which benefits them: not cheap enough to allow most players to achieve them purely with playing, not expensive enough to allow buyers to spend less than their full budget.
Also, take in consideration that many players that won't reach packs with their own forces, rely on multies at the start to increase their earnings (ex.: hits on the lower divisions). Those players (and believe me, I know many) understand that at some point, if they don't buy directly, admins will ban their accounts, because it's like this: buyers don't get banned for true. They get little slaps on their hands, then they can come back to game in their full glory. That is how admins learned to change a not paying player in a buying one.
Now, anyway the situation is complicated, because with the world owned by a single side, there's no balance and the request for packs won't be the same anymore. Boycotting initiatives are increasing, the token market is the center of it, and admins could have noticed that some player was starting to monitor it. That is why now they claim they are being exploited. Ok guys, you are the victims, really, I believe it xD.
What's the lesson in all of it, sincerely? Sincerely it's our own fault. It's us alone that we should blame. The greed of buyers and the hate in the communities changed the game long ago, pushing us all to accept a supine individualistic gameplay which in the end disrupted solidarity, which was the only way we had to react against all these vexations. Blame yourself, as I blame myself.

Sunlight is the best of disinfectants.
There is no logical reason to keep token market shrouded within scheme of anonymous sellers, unless something twisted is being hid by the admins.
Reveal what has been shrouded.
Give an explanation, and apology.
Bring some confidence back into the game.

Adnins you can earn your salary from pack buyers from serbia and romania. They are biggest buyers so you will not see different now when we stop to spending €.

Pa ono... Sve vreme se priča da Asteria mulja sa tokenima i dobija besplatne i od jednom Turčin izlazi u javnost sa načinom na koji se "to radi". Inače nem ništa protiv da se vidi ko prodaje.
Iskreno ja sad radim na tome da i vidimo imena, našao sam dečka koji barata sa tim sranjima, pa se nadamo najboljim rezultatima.
Samo napred. Što se mene tiče volim fer igru mada je sad prekasno za to. Premalo nas je koji koristimo mehanizme igre po pravilima 😃

Easy solution for players and plato,
Block to send pack as gift and sell only token. Show who is selling tokens and let the know all community.
Problem is that it cannot be blocked. They should block buying completely to do that.
