Everyday we face many boring daily tasks in this realm,one among it is to finish killing 25 enemies.
Here is my own tips to help every commander of Military Unit and also to give some knowledge of every commander candidate and even for captain itself
Ok to the point.

Upper Part contained :
1.) Recruit Order
This is easiest things you can do it.
You commander can choose whats the lowest military ranks u can allowed to enter your own MU. In my case I choose private,because I have thinking to be more earthy and wanna lead some more newbies to have successful military career while also helping them in teaching and supplies. My other reason is to have more variant divisions in my MU. If your MU was decided to be elite only class...maybe you will avoid many cute newbies and appoint it in -at least- rank General above

2.) Order of the day
To choose what battle you should enlisted to your underlings, you all high rank officers(commanders and also captain) should consult and follow with your every Ministry of Defence and your President of country you live in. I recommend to every kiwis to diligently read and vote subscribe MoD NewsPaper and our CP(and my honey) Newspaper too.
also for every of your notes : captain should be the last goalkeeper of every order decision,or vice versa with commander(depend on which is more active and always take a look to observe overall allies battle)

The Lower Part contained :
Battle Priorities
This segment have 5 options in a row below available. Each option has all countries in the erep world enlisted.

This 5 options means,IF THERE IS BATTLE THAT BEEN FINISHED OR EXPIRED IT WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED TO ANOTHER BATTLE THAT HAVE LOWER PRIORITY BELOW IT.

So this is my advices,I still learning how to set it ,but based on my experience I have my usual tricks. It should be followed by this :



PRIORITY 1.)
Your own country = example New Zealand
(if your country dont have direct war with enemies in which got NE-ed each other,you can set it to your alliance of COT Circle of Trust most concerned battle=>Today is in Mesopotamia,Bulgaria vs argen)
PRIORITY 2.)
Your closest friend in your alliance = example maybe South Korea or Chile
PRIORITY 3.)
Your best closest friend within geographic location =example Indo or HOT Chile
PRIORITY 4.)
Your old friend that need help = example Slovenia
PRIORITY 5.)
Your back up option-usually least have direct war but you want to keep protect them = example Moldova


Of course to have wisdom and knowledge to set it up,you all commander should have enough latest information of current war and international geopolitics

So My advice is :


1.) Diligently read all page one of article international http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/news/international


2.) Diligently discuss with another commander and MoD


3.) Enter IRC at least 2 times a week to keep update of current global wars


4.) Be socialize with all of your members and persuade them to raising hand or complaint if there is expired daily order


5.) Conquer all technique of War Scouting


6.) Always obey your alliances order and followed by your own CP then your MoD=>order chain


7.) Be wise and flexible - Power to command people is in your hands,use it carefully


8.) Give appraisal to your underlings everytime they can get BH when helping our alliances by giving rewards of superpacksupplies and congratulation...REMEMBER TO HUMANIZING HUMAN
