The Speaker's Word: The End

Hello subje- err, citizens! Speaker Delyruin here for the final time. I didn’t write you last week due to the huge lack of activity in the hallowed halls of Congress. This Speaker’s Word, however, will be my last this term. I’ve enjoyed serving Congress and the nation this past month and hope to have the opportunity to do so again in the future.
I would like to take this time to thank my wonderful Congressional team, who, alongside me, have dealt with some stupid, stupid stuff this term.
Cromstar and zoey were especially effective, and they definitely get a gold star.
This week’s sign in 56 members of Congress signed in, resulting in a quorum of 29.
These last two week’s agenda was aggressively boring, and few things were done.

A topic was opened to discuss the proper role of the Executive in the Immigration Enforcement Service.

The tax discussion from two weeks ago resulted in a failed vote to lower the Work Tax to 10%.

In game, Congress voted on the routine donations to the CBO, MPPs with our allies, and a Natural Enemy.

Just who is this CromSTAR that you give a gold STAR? I think he's a no good PTO commie spai. Did you know that I have on good authority that CromSTAR drinks canned beer? True Americans only drink long necks. I also understand that the lazy puke has a gas grill, to much trouble to build a fire to char his weaners.
And look out for that rainy sunday person, I believe them to be in cahoots, among other things.
The Speakers Word has been a pleasant gift from Congress this month.
