I'm guessing this is because the original deal for the NF members was that they could actually access the weapons they made when there's a (real) war going on. When this did not happen, several times, than I guess they didn't feel the motivation anymore. I can't say that I don't understand that.

Na Fianna should be there to work, but if they are getting any weapons they're producing, then I can see why they left.

I understand what you mean Nith, I've been trying to get Na Fianna actually using the Q5 weapons ...but am always coming up against a brick wall ...ie. people being stingy.

I think more people were disillusioned not by the lack of weapons but rather when they were given out , they were more given to cronies and people who never worked there than to the people who wer employed there at the time .
I for one agreed that weapons should be stockpiled before handing them out willy nilly, We would nearly have 1000 stockpiled if we stayed working there and anything over 1000 can be handed out without fuss

i wanted to give them out for the battle when indo attacked Mal, a lot of people said it was a waste of money to give them out, and they said to only give them Q1

Mr. President I did not receive Q1's or anything this entire month.

i give the order to give out Q1s to Gleb, i am not sure why he did not give them to some of NF (only people who have said they have not got any)
and Darragh is in the middle of getting everything fixed up in the IDF

Just get Na Fianna in there right now and give them out the weapons they produce themselves when needed. Anyone who opposes that, tear them apart. Whoever stands in the way of them being given, dismiss them from whatever post it is they have. Just do it. Do it now.

As Nith said, the original deal wasn't adhered to, and during the second N.I battle people who didn't work in it and help produce them were given weapons?? - Do you honestly think people are going to go back and work for health only, without a better agreement in place.

Whoever works in the Q5 State weapons company, gets the weapons that they themselves produce, to use in the event of either a deployment, an important battle that involves an MPP being activated or an attack on any region of the island of Ireland. End of story. No argument. No debate.

And why did Gleb not obey the Presidents orders?? and why no explanation from Gleb as to how the companies were put up for sale?? and PP claims, does he think if he hides long enough we'll forget about it??

@irishbhoy . And what happens if we ever get attacked ? do we wait till we produce more ? There needs to be a defensive stockpile , and everything above the stockpile can then be issued when needed

Forgot to add that Castaneda. Obviously we need to keep the stock above a certain point. After that agreed figure(3-400?) then all weapons are for use in the above agreement.

400 would cover NaFianna for 2battles without tanking ,more like 1000+

Ok. The figure doesn't matter to me really. Whatever you guys decide. Having the Q5 state weapons company at full production does matter to me.

Thank you for raising this Dylan. I am currently waiting on the password from the MoI so I can re-open employment in the company. I will also discuss the Na Fianna Strategy with all members today, when I have time. I can appreciate things went belly up before, and I can appreciate some members do not want to work here, so we need to get things right this time around.

The current volunteers should recieve some rembursement, I'll see what can be done.

Lets face it most people in Na Fianna are greedy and don't give a damn about anybody else or their country.

The state q5 company is a joke. Under the original agreement Na Fianna were meant to do most of the work in the company. The company was only supposed to be active for a month(as that's as long as it should have taken for 1000 weapons) yet here we are several months later and we've only just got over the 500 mark.
The argument from Na Fianna, the glorious brave honorable defenders of this country is that they're not working there because in the last battle of NI there was a distribution problem. What a super attitude, but I don't blame them. They should have never agreed in the first place to do the work for low wages, which don't even get their wellness back.
If you want people to work in the company then you will have to pay them fair wages as people will not work for nothing and it would appear our glorious soldiers will not even work for the safety of Ireland.

Just to note, i've been banging on about the inefficiencies with the state companies for weeks. Why do we have a stock pile of q1 houses as our noobs struggle to keep their wellness up?

Connell, The Na Finna members didn't have a problem working in it, when the time came to use them they didn't get them, but people who didn't work in it got weapons, would you blame them for leaving?? after the agreement was broken, i wouldn't.

On a serious note, I'd like to suggest that people work in the company on a rotation basis.

It is agreed that that was a mistake, a distribution problem.
We all know that it would never happen again and I don't really see that as an excuse not to work their. It was a huge waste of money to start with.

As usual there was a mix up, sure thats alright cause were irish and thats what we do? eh no! wake up time! As in RL our elife leaders couldnt run their noses never mind run our country.
Join the ICA where everything is a lot more transparent and better organised than this!

Joke or not, I feel a Q5 weapons company deserves to exist, and the more of them the better. I'll work there.

The situation is being handled with those who should be the ones to decide about it - Na Fianna members. This is an IDF which is going to work, continual moaning about what didn't happen, what isn't happening is not constructive and because I and Cpl have 10000 others things to do will be ignored.

I was never told to work in the Q5 company. I only became a FM recently enough, so this probably happened before I joined Na Fianna.

I cannot work in the Q5 company now, as I am a member of the ICA, and am therefore committed to work within the ICA companies/commune system.

I would like to continue my membership in the IDF/Na Fianna if my superiors (CO [Dan Murchadh], CoS [Cpl Useless] and MoD [Darragh O Faolain]) allow.
If however dual membership of the ICA and the IDF is prohibited (by any or all), then I'll harbour no ill will towards anyone, and will offer my resignation from the IDF without complaint.

I do not expect to receive weapons from the IDF, or any special treatment as a member of Na Fianna, as I won't be working within the state companies.

I see people with 14 strength in that company.
