6 December, 2010, Day 1,112 of the New World - Following the victory of now High Chancellor Frost, the Report would like to announce that it will be suspended as an independent news agency until noted otherwise, or until the 5th of January, 2011. Hereafter, the Report will act as an official news source for the People of Frost's America, on behalf of your new Consul of the People’s Wealth.



The former titled used to be Secretary of the Treasury, but as of late it has been a lacking position that is more entrenched to the oppression of the People than any other department. It has, through corrupt and plutocratic legal policies, suppressed all of Frost’s America and her citizens and has prevented their success. Congress is of no exemption, and therefore this position will act as a financial liaison between the Executive and Legislative branches.

The Consul of the People’s Wealth is named such because I will do what the title says. For too long we have been indoctrinated to believe that tax dollars are purely for military funding and aggressive maneuvering which aids foreigners more than ourselves. Why should the hard earned money of the People, paid for by their loyalty and consistency to the Republic’s success by logging in, go towards such ventures? Why are tax dollars considered government revenue? The government exists at the will of the People, and the People do not will their wealth where they will never see it again.

It is on this doctrine that I shall uphold my position, and it is one I am glad that the good High Chancellor Frost has given me.



No economic plan is perfect. Nothing is set in stone, and what is said today may change dramatically by the end of the week. Therefore, I bring three major points which the good High Chancellor Frost has designed and will attempt to carry out during his term. Of these, it is an attempt to bring the People back their strength without destroying the unity which keeps Frost’s America strong. These are the Three Great Reforms, which not only change how this Republic does things, but also will change how powerful the citizen really is.

Tax Reform
It is high time we reevaluated the current tax scheme and investigated various options. To a certain length this is where my job, as gifted to me by Frost, will be most important. I shall petition and attempt to motivate Congress to make radical and progressive changes to the tax structure with the possibility of a decrease in income taxation and a slight increase of the value-added tax (VAT), if the data so permits.

Budgetary Reform
Another Congressional duty, which I hope to push through the media and eUS Forum with the Republic’s greatest minds contributing. As Joe DaSmoe has noted, our budget is focused entirely on a large portion of inefficient programs and dead-end political favors. By cutting the fat and bringing about true fiscal responsibility, we shall see a strong and financially stable Republic for months to come.

Subsidization Reform
The People are our strength, and the People deserve to have as little of their hard earned money taken by the government as possible. Therefore our good High Chancellor Frost has asked that the varying economic minds of the Republic to investigate the efficiency and practicality of subsidizing industries. The primary point being the use of productivity boosters to increase overall supply and profits within the domestic domestic economy. Details are limited as research has only just begun, but this truly will usher in a new age of economic prowess.



This is the People’s Revolution, after all. We are nothing more than a vassal of the People and the good High Chancellor Frost. In Frost’s America, the economy will be strong and of the People. Yet, we have a problem. The People must express their innate desires. You can do so by speaking to any one of Frost’s diligent Consuls. However, for the entirety of our community as both a Republic and People, I humbly ask, on behalf of the good president Frost, to sign up and become involved on the eUS Forums.
