Como muitos devem ter visto em shouts e artigos o Novo Mundo foi abalado pela notícia de um novo NAP entre Romênia e Hungria.

O chamado O Acordo de Ferro

Este acordo entre a Roménia ea Hungria, incluir as condições de alugar a região Bukovina. Este acordo aceito por sinal de ambos os CPs:

1. Hungria oferta para alugar Bukovina para 70,000 CC / mês (a renda será paga com fundos privados)
2. O acordo para Bukovina será até dia 07/01/2013

7. Roménia tem que doar o custo mensal para alugar eMagyar Nemzeti Bank (http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1267102) em duas partes. Primeiro será devido após a assinatura do acordo, e a segunda será devido quando a Romênia conquistar região Bukovina.
8. Depois do NE eles vão esperar pelo menos 24 horas, depois haverá ataque manual em Bucovina. Depois da conquista eles vão esperar o tempo de ataque automático, e antes do ataque auto eles vão atacar região Northern Great Plain manualmente. Mas, nesta região não podem vencer.
9. Após o limite de sete dias ninguém proporá NE e os dois países vão assinar tratado de paz.



Mas por que todo o grito? Bukovina é região original da Ucrânia, país membro da EDEN – a mesma aliança da Romênia.

Para entender um pouco melhor esta situação é importante destacar que Valahian é membro da UM Nemesis, a mesma que tentou PTO no Brasil e que já havia causado dores de cabeça à EDEN.


O Comunicado da EDEN
O tratado acabou sendo mal visto por conta de quase toda a comunidade internacional – uma vez que supostamente quebra princípios de amizade com aliados. Obviamente os principais prejudicados são a EDEN e a Ucrânia já que esta e a Romênia fazem parte da aliança.

A EDEN emitiu este comunicado .

“ No âmbito dos eventos últimos, temos que deixar claro: A Liderança da EDEN e as nossas nações não aprovamos o acordo entre a Romênia e Hungria. Dito isto, estamos solicitando a Romênia a fazer o bem e a única coisa razoável.

O governo romeno nunca pediu a aceitação da Ucrânia sobre este acordo. Nosso dever como uma Aliança é pará-lo, a nossa visão é a de corrigi-lo. Estamos definitivamente a favor de apoiar Romênia em sua próxima guerra contra a Hungria, mas, se isso significa que vamos ter de enfrentar ações abusivas de um membro EDEN contra outro membro EDEN, a nossa posição será clara: EDEN vai defender com prioridade máxima a do país abusada .

Estamos fazendo um apelo aos dois países para resolver esta situação. Romênia tem de conter-se em abusar de outro membro EDEN, e nessa guerra mundial, Romênia e Ucrânia, ambos, estão no mesmo barco, por isso vamos lutar juntos para a Justiça e Vitória.”

Fim da EDEN?

Será o fim da EDEN? Não sei. Até agora é a aliança mais antiga no Erepublik (3 anos) e é a única que se considera ser chamada de brotherhood (fraternidade) por isto.

No entanto a realidade é que a EDEN vem perdendo muito no campo de batalha. Para se ter uma idéia é importante ler o artigo de Vigoncalves86 sobre a situação dos países. Podemos ver claramente que Albânia, BiH, Holanda e Portugal. Nos últimos dias caíram os “impérios” da Argentina e da Grécia, embora ainda existam no mapa. Aparentemente intacto o império Turco sucumbe com o ataque da Polônia. A Croácia mantém suas raízes na Ásia. A China mantém-se intacta enquanto império, bem como a Romênia enquanto país. Os demais membros estão todos dilacerados.



Alguns falam em falta de organização e liderança. Outros em “força” de batalha propriamente dita já que a CoT e TWO praticamente se uniram para lutar contra a EDEN.

O novo NAP da Romênia coloca em cheque (ou para alguns, novos pontos de negociação) a manutenção da aliança – que tem como base hoje países fortes como Grécia, Croácia, Romênia, Turquia e Argentina. Seria, para alguns, o xeque-mate para a aliança quebrar. Muitos apostam na ida da Romênia para a TWO.

Enquanto isso, rapidamente a CoT trouxe mais dois membros: Fyron e Indonésia, tendo a Lituânia como membro Trial.

CoT VS TWO?

Sem a EDEN seria possível uma guerra da CoT vs TWO? É difícil (hoje ambas se auxiliam mutuamente). Mas sem uma outra aliança não teria outra alternativa. Para onde iriam os países fortes da EDEN?

Argentina: se escolher a CoT se alia ao Chile e Bulgária, seus atuais “principais inimigos”. Se escolher a TWO esbarra de frente com inimigos históricos Espanha e Polônia.

Croácia: Estaria mais para CoT do que para TWO pois ainda não suporta a Polônia.

Romênia: Deve ser TWO pela aproximação com Hungria.

Grécia e Turquia: Uma incógnita, embora a primeira possa estar um pouco mais pendente para a TWO por causa da Bulgária.

EUA: Vai para a CoT – do outro lado está a Sérvia, mas teria que resolver com o Brasil a amizade dos brasileiros com os espanhóis.

China: Sinceramente não faço idéia.

Brasil: Uma incógnita, embora deva pender mais para a TWO. Também depende da posição dos EUA. Embora tenha feito diversos MPPs com a CoT o Brasil mantém uma forte amizade com Espanha e Polônia.

2. Romania eligible to rent Bukovina region to 07/01/2013.
3. This agreement can be extended with an appendix that be signed by both CPs.
4. This agreement will be unfolded if Hungary will broke the Timisoara Agreement.
5. This agreement will overwrite the Timisoara Agreement at the time when Romania put NE on Hungary to reach the control of Bukovina.
6. When Bukovina is controlled by Romania both sides will need to use the terms of Timisoara Agreement.
7. Romania have to donate the monthly renting cost to eMagyar Nemzeti Bank (http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1267102) in two pieces. First will become due after signing the agreement, and the second will become due when Romania conquer Bukovina region.
8. After Romania put NE on Hungary they will wait at least 24 hours, after that they put attack manually to have battle in Bukovina (the battle for Bukovina can started at 20:15 12/10/2012). After they conquer Bukovina they will wait the auto attack time, and before auto attack they will attack Northern Great Plain region manually. But in Northern Great Plains region they can not win.
9. After the 7 days limit will expire Romania will propose No NE law, after this the two country will sign peace treaty.

But why all the crying? Bukovina is original region of Ukraine, a member of EDEN - the same alliance of Romania.

To understand a little better this situation it is important to emphasize that Valahian is a member of A Nemesis, who tried the same PTO in Brazil and had already caused headaches for EDEN.


The Notice of EDEN
The treaty was eventually frowned upon because of almost the entire international community - once allegedly breaking the principles of friendship with allies. Obviously the main losers are the EDEN and Ukraine and Romania since this part of the alliance.

The EDEN issued this statement .

"In the context of recent events, we have to make it clear: The Leadership EDEN and our nations do not approve the agreement between Romania and Hungary. That said, we are asking Romania to do well and the only reasonable thing.

The Romanian government has never asked for acceptance of Ukraine on this agreement. Our duty as an Alliance is to stop it, our vision is to fix it. We are definitely in favor of supporting Romania in its next war against Hungary, but if it means we will have to face abusive actions of a member against another member EDEN EDEN, our position is clear: EDEN will defend to the utmost priority abused country.

We are calling on both countries to resolve this situation. Romania has to hold up to abuse another member of EDEN, and this world war, Romania and Ukraine, both are in the same boat, so let's fight together for justice and victory. "

End of EDEN?

Is this the end of EDEN? I do not know. So far the alliance is oldest in Erepublik (3 years) and is the only purports to be called brotherhood (fraternity) for it.
