ישראלים יקרים,
בזמן האחרון אני קראתי כמה מאמרים על הכלכלה בישראל, על ביטול אספקה וטענות כלפי הממשלה הנוכחית, אני הגבתי בכמה מהמאמרים אבל חשבתי שזה יהיה יותר טוב לפרסם מאמר שבו אני מפרסם את המחשבות שלי והרעיונות שלי.

ראשית, אני רוצה להגיד שאני שר החוץ ולא שר האוצר, בנוסף אני רוצה להעיד שאני לא תומך של אף ממשלה, ואני חייב להודות שמיו2 עובד קשה כי לתקן את הבעיות הכלכליות, אתם מכירים אותי טוב מאוד, עזרתי עם הידע והניסיון שלי לכל ממשלה שביקשה את עזרתי בעמדות ממשליות שונות (שירתתי את המדינה כשר ביטחון, שר חוץ, שר אוצר).

אני חפץ ורוצה שכל היחידות הפרטיות בישראל יוכלו לקבל אספקות מהממשלה ואין לי שום בעיה עם אף אחת מהיחידות הצבאיות בישראל.

בנוסף כל המספרים מדוחות של שר האוצר הקודם רוביג (כשר חוץ אין לי גישה למסמכי האוצר של הממשלה), אז תקנו אותי אם אני טועה במספרים המוצגים למטה.

אז בואו נראה כמה עובדות על הכלכלה שלנו:

ארגון האוצר הלאומי (אנחנו תורמים את הכסף מאוצר המדינה לארגון האוצר דרך הצעות תרומה שעוברות בכנסת):

הממשלה משתמש בארגון הלאומי כדי לקנות אספקות לחיילים, קניית אוכל לשחקנים חדשים והוצאות נוספות, מכניקת המשחק לא מאפשרת לקנות אוכל ונשקים ישירות מאוצר המדינה, השקלים שבאוצר המדינה משומשים רק לחוזקי הגנה.

בואו נראה את ההכנסות שלנו:

-Taxes: לפי הדוחות של רוביג, ההכנסות של ישראל בממוצע ביום מסתכמות באלף שקלים, מה שאומר שמדינת ישראל מרוויחה 30 אלף בשקל.

מדליות קונגרס (5 גולד): אפילו אם כל חברי הנכסת (מקסימום 40) יתרמו את מדלית הקונגרס שלהם (5 גולד) המדינה תרוויח 200 גולד. עם המחיר הנוכחי של הגולד (גולד = 490 שקל) מדינת ישראל תרוויח 490* 5 = 98 אלף שקלים.

אז ההכנסות החודשיות הן 98000+30000 = 138000 שקלים
בואו נבדוק את ההוצאות שלנו:
כי להיות מוגנת כל חודש ישראל צריכה לחתום או לחדש חוזי הגנה עם הבריתות שלה, לפי דעתי (אני חושב שלא יהיה אחד שלא יסכים עם זה), ישראל צריכה לפחות שישה חוזי הגנה עם מדינות בכירות של עדן (לדוגמא קרואטיה, יוון, רומניה,טורקיה,ארגנטינה, סין) ועוד שלושה בריתות הגנה עם מדינות בכירות אחרות (ארהב רוסיה ברזיל). אז ישראל צריכה 9 חוזי הגנה, כל חוזה הגנה עולה עשרת אלפים שקלים, אז בעצם אנחנו צריכים לבזבז 90 אלף שקלים בשביל חוזי הגנה כל חודש.

אז סיכום קטן

הכנסות: 138,000 שקלים
הוצאות: 90,000 שקלים
אז בעצם יש לנו 38000 שקלים לבזבז על אוכל לשחקנים חדשים, ואספקה לחיילים

על פי הדוח של רוביג על אספקות:

העלות הכוללת של האספקות של שמשון וצהל ביחד הם 38688 בשבוע, זה אומר 38688 * 4 (ארבע שבועות בשבוע) = 154752 שקל בחודש!!!!

יש לנו 38000 שקל לבזבז על אספקות ואוכל לחדשים בחודש ואנחנו מבזבזים 154752 שקל כל חודש!!!

אז בואו נסכם שוב
הכנסות: 128,000 שקל
הוצאות: 90 אלף שקל + 154752 שקל = 244752
הבדל: 128000-244752 = -166752 שקלים


אז אם אתם רוצים את מערכת האספקה הנוכחית של שמשון וצהל אנחנו צריכים 166752 שקל בחודש

אנחנו לא צריכים פרופסור למתמטיקה כדי להבין את זה שישראל בדרך לפשיטת רגל.

ההצעות שלי:

נכון לעכשיו, כל השכנות שלנו, לא כולל ערב הסעודית הן מדינות ברית, יוון טורקיה וקפריסין הן מדינות ברית, אז נכון לעכשיו אין לנו אפשרות (וגם כוח צבאי( לבקש עוד בונוסים, המקסימום בונוסים שלנו הם הם המושבות אל ג’אף (ברזל) והגבולות הצפוניים (חיטה).

- אני מציע לבינתיים (או לפחות עד שהמודול הכלכלי יתוקן והמחיר של הגולד יעלה) לבטל את כל האספקות של שמשון וצהל או לפחות לבטל את אספקות הנשק ולהשאיר את האספקה של האוכל (האוכל זול יותר).

- אספקות של אוכל ונשק רק מתי שיש לנו התמרדויות בקולונות שלנו.

- אני מציע להנמיך את המס ייבוא של הכל חוץ מכרטיסים ל1%

- אני מציע לכל הישראלים לקנות מהשוק הישראלי גם אם המחירים בשוק הישראלי יקרים משווקים אחרים

- אני מציע ל כל חברי הכנסת לתרום את מדליית הקונגרס שלהם

Dear Israeli people,
Lately I read some articles about the situation of Israeli economy, about cutting supplies off, about complaints towards the current government etc.
I commented in some of these articles but I thought it will be better to publish an article posting my thoughts and ideas.

First of all, I want to inform the people that I’m the Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and NOT the Minister of Finance (MoF).
Also, I want to testify that I’m NOT blind supporter of ANY government, or ANY Country President but i have to admit that meow2 is trying really hard to fix these problems. You know me very well, I helped with my experience and my knowledge EVERY government that asked for my help in different governmental positions (I served as MoD, MoFA, MoF).
I wish and I want ALL military Units of Israel to be able to receive supplies from the state and I DON’T have ANY problem with ANY military Unit of Israel.

Also, ALL the numbers below are from the reports of previous Minister of Finance RuviG (personally as MoFA I don’t have access to government’s economy and treasury documents), so correct me if I am wrong to any of the numbers below.

So, let’s see some facts about our economy:

ALL the money we have is:

The country accounts: http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/economy/Israel
When we sign or renew a mpp with an allied country 10.000 NIS automatically disappear from these accounts. (Game mechanics rules).

The national treasury org (we donate NIS from country accounts to this national org via congress proposals): http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1298037
This national org is used to buy supplies for our soldiers, buy food for new players and other expenses. (Game mechanics don’t allow buying weapons, food, supplies directly from country accounts (NIS inside country accounts are used ONLY for mpps).

Let’s see our incomes:

-Taxes: According to RuviG’s reports, Israel’s incomes from taxes (average) are 1000 NIS per day. So that means that Israeli state earns 30000 NIS from taxes per month!

-Congress medals (5 gold): Even if ALL Knesset members (maximum 40 Knesset members) donate their medal (5 gold) the state will earn 200 gold. With the current price of gold (right now in monetary market 1 gold = 490 NIS) the Israel state will earn 200*490 = 98000 NIS.

So our monthly incomes are 30000 + 98000= 128000 NIS

Let’s see our expenses:

-Every month Israel to be safe needs to sign or renew mpps with allied country. In my opinion ( I think no one will disagree to this), Israel needs AT LEAST 6 mpps with some major EDEN countries (for example, Croatia, Greece, Romania, Turkey, Argentina, China) and 3 more mpps with other major allied countries (for example USA, Brazil, Russia). So Israel needs 9 mpps. Every mpp costs 10000 NIS, so basically we need to spend 90000 NIS for mpps PER MONTH.

So, let’s summarize:
Incomes: 128000 NIS
Expenses: 90000 NIS
Difference: 128000-90000 = 38000 NIS
Basically we have 38000 NIS for spending in food for new players, supplies for our soldiers.


According to RuviG’s report about supplies:

Samson and IDF cost of supplies is 38688 NIS PER WEEK. That means 38688*4(4 weeks per month) = 154752 NIS PER MONTH!!!!
We have 38000 NIS per month for spending but we are spending 154752 NIS per month!!!

So let’s summarize again:
Incomes: 128000 NIS
Expenses: 90000 NIS + 154752 NIS = 244752 NIS
Difference: 128000 – 244752 = -116752 NIS

So, if we want to keep the current supply system to Samson and IDF we need 116752 NIS more per month!!
You don’t need to be a professor in mathematics to realize that in this way Israel will lead to bankruptcy.

My proposals:

Right now, with the current status quo of the area, all our neighbors, except Saudi Arabia, are allies.
Greece, Turkey and Cyprus are allies. So basically right now we don’t have the possibility (and the military strength) to demand or occupy more bonuses. Our maximum bonuses right now is our original regions + colonies of Al Jawf (aluminum) and N.Borders (grain).

-I propose for a while, (at least until the economy module is fixed or the gold price in monetary market rises) to CUT ALL the supplies off for Samson AND IDF.
At least, we can cut off the supplies of weapons and keep only the supply of food (food is cheaper).

-Supplies of food and weapons ONLY when we have hard resistance wars in our colonies.

-I propose to lower the import taxes to EVERY product (EXCEPT moving tickets) to 1%

-I propose ALL israeli people to buy from Israeli market even if israeli market is more expensive than other markets.

-I propose ALL the Knesset members to donate their medals to the state.
