Federalist Party (FP)


Mission Statement: We strive to encourage fiscal responsibility in our government as well as building and maintaining a strong and stable economy.

Political:

* We believe in democracy through free elections. It is the american way to vote for which ever candidate you choose, without any negative consequences.

* We believe in a government that is fiscally responsible and refrains from the wasteful expenditure of money and uses our tax money to help our nation through programs such as the Army, hospitals, and defense systems.

* We believe that political parties are not one-size fits all. Each citizen of eUSA can think independently and should do so and when any citizen decides to voice their opinions it should not fall on deaf ears. It is these differences of perspectives and opinions that grow politics and find new ideas to help better our nation.



Economic:

* We believe our economy is the most powerful force in our nation and because of that, it should always be the first priority.

* We believe in full employment for any citizen who is looking for a job. It is unproductive for both parties to have an idle laborer, as a citizen, he or she is missing an opportunity to earn a paycheck and gain experience, as a nation, we waste productivity and produce less goods as a result.

* We believe in the purchase eUSA produced goods. By purchasing products from other eUSA companies, we provide more incomes to eUSA companies which provides more eUSA jobs, higher quality material, and higher salaries for all citizens of our nation.

* We believe in a free market and that the government should rarely to never intervene with because a free market is able to balance supply and demands without any intervention.





Foreign Policy:

* We believe in having strong bonds with foreign nations, especially those that directly border our great nation.

* We believe in frequent communication with all foreign nations. Like it our not, we are all intertwinded and understanding how other nations operate is fundamental for safety of our borders, as well as our economy and their ability to export goods.

* We believe in diplomacy and discussing disagreements rather than jumping into war. Communication is one of the most powerful weapons and should always be exercised.




Military:

* We believe in being non-interventionists and should not be seeking wars to participate in.

* We believe that the eUSA should never attack a foreign nation. We should never attack for the sake of land, resources, or, worst of all, for the sake of war. All the gains reaped would be insignificant in comparison to the consequences of being viewed as hostile and provoking other nations to attack.

* We believe in a strong military. While it may seem hypocritical at first to state we don't believe in war and immediately after believe in a strong military, a strong military is a very powerful deternt to other nations to not attack us and as much as we hope to never have to go to war, it is inevitable that we will one day need to defend our borders and we should be prepared to do so.

* We believe in Q5 hospitals and defensive systems. We will inevitably have to protect our nation from foreign invaders and should be preparing for that day and there is no better way to prepare than to fill our states, primarily border states, with Q5 hospitals and defensive systems. While the initial investment is higher, there is nothing greater than Q5 and they will never need to be upgraded.




Party:

* We believe in our members and the ideas, thoughts and opinions they have, because without these members, our party would not exist.

* We believe in equal voice and feel that every member, no matter how new or inexperienced, should be in an environment where people listens to the ideas he or she has.

* We believe that every member has the opportunity to be active in our party and the political scene. If a member wants to help our party they are welcomed to take initiative and invite their friends to join, communicate with other members in our party, and become active on the forums and discuss Erepublik and our party.

* We believe in communication between all members, especially on the forums where all ideas are welcome to be discussed among all party members.

* We believe in not being a "political machine." Our members should be informed about everything and not blindly following party lines, if a member disagrees with a party decision, they will not be banished or shunned, but encouraged to explain why they oppose the decision to shed a different point of view on a situation.

* We believe in all new ideas. I realize how often this point has been mentioned, but it truly cannot be stressed enough. New ideas are always welcome, they will always be read and reacted to. No voice is too small to speak. New ideas bring a brighter tomorrow and we want all our members to help in this goal.

* We believe in evolving as a party. The game changes, new things are added, bugs are fixed, systems are reworked, politics changes, everything changes, and because of all these changes, our party must change too. We must not allow ourselves to become idle and so our beliefs are always open to change as needed.

* Finally, we believe in eUSA. All of our members desire to help eUSA and better our nation. We will always keep our nation's well being as our main goal and never be distracted from it.
