The Battle for Shannon

Day 1,968, 00:28 Published in Ireland Ireland by Damien Psym

Standing against the brunt of the British forces in Shannon has taught me one thing, it is foolish to stand alone. While my efforts single-handedly scored the first 1500 points for Ireland the battle was still lost in the end. Towards the end of the fight xOneManArmy and our president MUFC992 stood valiantly alongside me to try and help turn the tides of the battle, but alas, the British strain eventually proved too much and our assault was scattered. Do not let this information go unheeded, from now on i shall consider myself a pro-bono mercenary for Division II of the Irish forces. I will still work towards the goals of the Irish Army but i freely offer my services to any Irish soldier standing on the battlefield facing such staggering odds as i witnessed in Shannon. This menace shall not be allowed to tear our lands from us and hold them long, we shall stand alongside our brethren in both Ireland and Argentina and we shall prevail.

Long Live Ireland and Death to these Anglo-Saxon war mongers
