As part of my job as the Speaker during May and June and even early July, I may inform you that there has been a burning issue dealt with during those months that finally conducted to a vote recently. This appeal cast by Darshu-sama relevant to his case is the purpose of that article.

In connection with the Vote conducted on the Mon Jul 08, 2013 consequently to the Discussion concerning the money retrieved form two organizations handled illegally by Darshu-sama,

As Speaker of the Congress, I declare null and void any result concerning the aforementioned vote as it has come that several flaws raise doubts about the validity and legitimacy of the procedure. As a precaution and to avoid any misjudgment that would be irreversible and irredeemable for the defendant, I'll open a new vote. This time, I humbly hope that you all put serious into the matter and behave with ethic.

Meanwhile, I apologize on behalf of the Congress to the defendant Darshu-sama who will have to suffer again from another unpleasant delay.

To all the Congress member who did behave, I'd like to apologize personnally for I'll have to inconvenience you another time and ask you shortly to rejudge this particular case.
