Greetings and salutations eIreland.

I asked the Kraken for an interview and posed 10 questions to him. These are his answers raw and unedited for content.

1. What is your age and RL nationality?:
over 40 and south african

2. How long have you been playing eRepublik and what brought you here?:
my ebirthday will tell u that since june 2011 just of the top of my head. what brought me here - south africa is very isolated. america is just a blob. most canadians i knew from poker sites was a*. uk our suppressor for many years. australia and new zealand is to isolated . dutch is to far removed from my home language and i had tried other language games before like german betas and dutch worlds. therefore as i knew any online game boils after a while to a social game i decided on ireland.

3. What nations have you lived in and which has been your favorite?:
I have never lived in any other nation than eIreland. I was also eBorn in eIreland. Obviously my favorite is eIreland.

4. What is your opinion on the dictatorship module?:
It offers some advantages over the normal political module such as 50 citizen applications rather than 40 . Provides protection from CP's stealing as the money is now considered the property of dictator. I dont think how it is applied is how Plato envisaged it so I think overall its ok.

5. Do you think that politics are a useless module in the era of the dictator?:
no because most countries has pseudo dictators.

6. Are there any areas of eRepublik that you think need improvement?:
well i think zero experience fighting in other games called zero mot fighting due to your motivation having an influence on your experience. in most games this has been a very contentious issue. i can see players running from division 1 and 2 rather than fight against uber strong players. so this must be cancelled or nerfed(the pack). Tbh I am doing well economically but I do think they can add computer buyers. and as well make factory prizes comparable with their production . its ridiculous to have a factory cost 8500 that produces 175 vs one of 35 gold producing 250 . other than that perhaps stuff like the stock exchange where a big player can take on investments and pay monthly a determined dividend to his stock holders. atm other than rider accounts most accounts will take a really long time to become profitable without outside help or gold buying.

7. Do you have any regrets during your time in eRepublik?:
no i decided to play a honest game with no cheating when i started years ago. most of what i accomplished i did though time. i could probably regret all the rl time i have wasted here but then on the other hand i think one needs a break from rl from time to time and this is way better than facebook.

8. Do you have any RL hobbies or interests to share?:
atm im into horticulture and will always probably have programming as hobby.

9. What languages do you speak?:
afrikaans is my home language whilst english is my second language. tswana I know a few words in but cant carry a conversation in it.
