Some Fishy Business

Day 1,605, 14:39 Published in USA Canada by Haliman

Alright, this article is going to have a mixture of my view points. Not the official stance of the AMP.

Prepare for text.

This is, of course, response to Dru Blood’s last article addressing mine. I’ll dissect it line by line, just as he did mine.

”...there is no reason why the AMP or the Feds should have supported the USWP candidate”

I think having such a view could be very detrimental to the continued success of the US. I agree, the USWP has some very bad people in it. But there are plenty of people in the party that I respect greatly. Alex Auctoritas, ElmieJr, and Port Columbus are good examples. I think putting every member of the USWP in the same standing as Pfeiffer is narrow minded.

”My call is for the AMP and the Federalist to unite against the USWP, get together with 6th parties like the BoL right now and fill both parties slots with good reliable thick skinned candidates and DO NOT accept any USWP candidates.”

We’ve been working together. We tell all 6th parties that we are very open to sponsoring their candidates every month. Coordination is difficult. Egos collide, there are conflicting priorities, and an all around aura of “my party is better” which hurts election day coordination.

”For me if AMP is not anti-USWP then the AMP is simply a placeholder, sure you get citizens into Congress; but once there who runs the show?”

Change is difficult. If it were up to me, ONLY congressmen would get access to CONGRESSMEN ONLY forums. I think Pfeiffer clinging to his title of former Speaker of the House is ridiculous. Let congressional leaders run congress. Not old congressmen. If I were in charge of the AMP, I would run it just like I did the first time. The rivalry is a very heated issue, but can only be taken advantage of if it is done correctly. We can’t rush in blindly and say ”everything USWP is bad”. Such a stance would damage our party, in turn hurting our ability to politically compete.

”The AMP doesn’t ‘sympathize’ with the USWP, but neither do they do anything to hinder the USWP.”

I cite the 17 states we beat them in last month 😉

Every month, we give them a run for their money. I believe that Pfeiffer uses underhanded tactics around election time, and in turn, that keeps him and the USWP in the majority. Am I going to let that compromise my beliefs? Absolutely not. Allow me to cite the party bio we’ve had since our start a year ago. The one that is still in use today.

Welcome to the American Military Party! We are a party that believes in fairness towards all members. Do you want a new start? A start that includes making the eUS a much stronger place? This is your new start!

In my opinion, the only way to truly fulfill the promise of fairness the AMP, we need to play this game right. Lead by example. Not let people who take advantage of such underhanded tactics compromise our platform of fairness.

”Why you afraid of the USWP?”

I think this question is hilarious. I find it very hard to fear one man. I had a discussion with Pfeiffer a few months ago when Leroy ran for president. I’ll quote him for you.

”I AM THE USWP”

There’s a difference between the USWP and the AMP. A major one. If I were to leave, the AMP would live on. However, if Pfeiffer were to quit, the USWP would be in disarray.

My goal from the very start was to have this political party be empowered by its members diversity. We have been led by plenty of diverse leaders that have each had a different set of ideas, goals, and personal touches. From what I’ve heard from current USWP members, it’s basically “a Pfeiffer fest” over there. So in my mind, we are winning.

Diversity at its finest.
