Skypevision song choosing contest Spring 2014

On 21st March (friday) 18:00 GMT+1 skypevision will take place. 21 nations will compete with their choosen song and choose the best one.

What is skypevision?
Skypevision is a song choosing contest organised by the Great Owl Alliance.

How it works out?
Choosen participants pick a song to represent their nation. Nations without independence also are allowed to participate. Than the contest will be held on the day of the contest (this time it is 22th December), and voting happens.

How the non representative voting system works?
After all songs played we will allow everyone to send their voting to our email skypevision@gmail.com same as representatives do (1-7, 8, 10, 12). Then we calculate everything and read the votes as representatives do.

What is new?
USA will no longer participate in the contest, instead separate states will.
