RULES FOR FMC ELITE

Day 1,638, 02:45 Published in Colombia Colombia by EZlO AUDITORE

Hello everybody:

Firstly, I want to say welcome to the new soldiers in the MU FMC Elite. You have been chosen among a lot of candidates and you should demostrate that you are the best ones. This article was written with only one purpose: to let the MU's rules clear for everyone. We want to work as profesionals, avoiding silly mistakes. We want to give the best to you but also, we expect to receive the same from you:

Let's get starte😛

1- Uniform: All the soldiers in the MU without exception must wear the uniform http://i48.tinypic.com/qqwrj7.png

2- No politics: We are soldiers NOT politicians. So, the politics topics are forbbiden into the MU. We only should use the shouts inside the MU for military topics (no more)

3- Work for the MU: Everyone should works for the Military Unit. If someone doesn't get the job, should send me a MP and I'll create a job offer for him.

4- Battle Orders: To being honest, rarely you can find me on IRC, but it doesn't mean that we don't use it. The point is that, there are diferent ways to comunicate the battle orders: One of them is the MU wall. ALWAYS, before fight, check it out the wall.

Also you can check this URL http://bit.ly/JijloQ in there you'll find the battle orders for Colombia.

I almost forgot to say that our language should be the english, I know that mostly of us we aren't native speakers, but we can do our best.

Finally, whenever it be necesary to arrange a meeting on the IRC, I'm going to write you in advance because I know that we have diferent hours.

5- Activity as Soldier: This could be probably the most important thing that you must have present. As you know, we are investing in you as a soldier, and it's no cheap at all. The point is, that we need that inversion like something that we can check, because to pay to someone who only it's gonna fight once in a day it's not a fair deal for the Military Unit.

Well, I'm gonna be checking every day the numbers of fights that each soldier did the last day. And basing on that number, we'll decide if the soldier should receive distri or not. I was checking and one active soldier can do above 80 fights per day, but our intention it's not to make the things difficult but fair for both sides (soldier and Military Unit). So we decide a low average of 65 fights per day, beneath that number you won't receive distri for the day.

We don't want to be bothering the soldiers everytime because we know that you have real life, but in exchange we need compromise from each of you.

Any questions, doubts or suggestions, please don't hesitate to write to me.

As you can see, there are only 5 simple rules... keep it simple, make it better.

Best regards,

HQ FMC Elite
