1.1 Once the MPP with Estonia will end (Day 3,930), the Estonian president will propose the Airstrike Law on the Netherlands.

1.2 Once accepted (Day 3,931) the Airstrike will be started at the time chosen by the Estonian government.

1.3 Estonia shall win this Airstrike and land in Eastern Netherlands.

1.4 Estonia shall pay for this Airstrike.

2.1 Estonia shall win all Direct Battles unless both governments agree that a specific battle should not be won in order to continue the training war or end it.

2.2 The Netherlands shall win all resistance wars unless both governments agree that a specific battle should not be won in order to continue the training war.

2.3 Estonia shall never attack the region of Western Netherlands, where bonuses are rented to a third country. In case the region gets attacked, the battle needs to be won by Netherlands. In case the region gets conquered by Estonia, it needs to be released as soon as possible.

3. When either Estonia or the Netherlands wishes to end the training war, both countries should cooperate to end it as soon as possible.

4. The Netherlands should always have two or more regions at the time of congress elections so enough congress members can be elected unless requested otherwise by the government of the Netherlands.

5. If Estonia wipes the Netherlands due to whatever circumstances, the Netherlands will start a resistance war and propose a new natural enemy law to continue the training war.

6. Tax income and rental concession from Dutch regions sent to Estonian treasury by in-game rules shall be returned to the Netherlands by methods agreed upon by both governments.

7. This training war agreement does not expire unless requested by either the Estonian or Dutch government.
