the tag in the top clearly identifies the channel as "srb.mofa", which is the official Serbian MOFA channel.

additionally, all the random Serbian nicks would be hard to fake, and giving the nick, "pthut", voice would be very hard to do with a valid password,.

just own up to your temper, you can't deny this....

It's true, I know of people who have actively engaged in masking themselves as pthut in IRC channels, along with many other prominent and powerful eRep citizens.
