Resource Concessions

As some of you have noticed concession laws have begun to flow. Canada has agreed to a short term deal with Romania. We have agreed to a 30 to 60 day deal for the fee of $500,000 per month in total.

Serbia did not require any of our resources at this time but this may change in the future. We will continue to work with both partners in the future. Serbia appears to want to continue on with a training war in Canada. This is fine with us for our TP pleasure as they will not be touching our Resource Regions so no down side to this happening.

Both countries have agreed to stay and continue with our mutual protection pact. Simply put an aggressive attack on Canada’s cores will be considered and treated the same as an attack on Serbia and Romania’s own cores by our partners. This is the priceless component of our deal.



We will rent Deer, Rubber and the Neo to Romania. As a country can only rent 3 Resources worldwide I assume Resource demand from Canada will remain with Very Rare only.


Romania helped arrange us renting Sand from Germany so we will have 100% housing. Housing in Nunavut will be at 118%. We are paying 20K for sand and the GDP will be refunded.

Our country numbers will be 60% weapons, 55% food and 100% housing for the course of this deal. These are still pretty good numbers. All our resource regions are linked and have to remain in our hands for concession to work.

Another factor to remember is Region Bonus itself is not affected by concession. A food company in Alberta will have 72% food. A Weapons company in Northwest Territories will have 78% bonus. A housing company in Nunavut will have 118%.

With the new concession laws in place a country with a concession agreement cannot have an open war with the country they are concessioning to, or the money will still be charged but that country receives no bonus benefit.

We will likely always be concessioning the NEO to Romania so any Reset Wars with them will be quick. Romania will have a 100% bonus’s across the board so would be a good place for anyone wanting 100% bonus country. I am talking about Romania proper because with these new determination rules Romania will not stay in one place in Canada forever.

This deal is a short term deal and we will see how this works out for everyone. New twists in game mechanics may still be found. The Resource Rental market will be clearer in time.

As always this deal was made in good faith with our partners with the knowledge Canada needed our partner’s help in getting us these resources in the first place and then we needed them to protect them.

I hope this deal and the future deals to come will be as successful for all parties as our original agreement which lasted for over two years to the benefit of all 3 partners involved.

Note about Lithuania:

Lithuania asked us about holding Newfoundland as insurance against getting kicked out of North America. Canada agreed. Lithuania has been one of our staunchest allies and one of the 3 pillars in the Shock and Awe campaign to free Canada from its last wipe. Lithuania offered us significant compensation for our trouble. We kindly refused it. The North remembers our friends.
