Comrades of the revolution,

I come before you to ask for another term as your Comrade Chairman/Party President!

Over this past month we've made a lot of progress. There is also still a lot of work to be done. Let's lay out some of what has happened this month:

Solid membership growth.
I worked with our recruitment team to bring in significant new blood to the SFP, and I am proud to say that we have retaken the #2 spot we lost in recent months in the party rankings.

Congress elections were a big success.
Despite the country being devastated and only having half the usual number of congress seats, we put up a great percentage that was a significant improvement over recent months.

The American Progress Caucus was formed.
Admittedly it has not gotten done what I expected so far, but the conversation has been opened, and if re-elected I will iron out the kinks to put your congressional representatives to good work for our party and country.

Inclusion and Teamwork
I have tried my best to play referee despite the tension in the party throughout the month. In my second term I will take further measures to bring us together as a party, and make everyone feel included. Observer Revolutionary Committee status will be guaranteed to any member who asks for it within 24 hours of my new term.

The People's Chairman
You all know that my word is my bond. Not everything has gone exactly the way I expected this month, but I honor my word. I hope this month has proven that you can count on me as Party President. We've started to move the party in the right direction. There is still more work to do, and I hope to do it with you! As for who the officers will be next month both for party titles and for voting member status in the RC, I am taking names, so be sure to ask ahead of time!

"making anyone fell included"

What does that even mean?

Before even trying to grow this Party in the numbers, it has to come together, and right now it is not.

We lost key members with knowledge and leadership skills that cannot be easily replaced.

There is a schism growing wider all the time. And it will get harder to repair.

I wish the best to all of you

Which one will you be running.

But none of you really have addressed this issue except with generic "bring everybody together" BS.

Time to dig deep you guys, cause the next PP is going to be remembered who brought the factions together, or let this Party spit at the seams.

It's a very difficult question he is asking. All I can say is I am going to try to come up with a solution. I don't think anyone has proposed a concrete answer. We will talk about it as a party.

Like Dom said, the first step is an open honest discussion.
i do hope things can be worked out in a positive way.
