1. UVOD

Pokušat ću skratiti ovaj članak što je više moguće. Što zbog obaveza, što zbog oblika mojih članaka, koji sve više nalikuju cijelim izdanjima novina, pisanje se otegne i na nekoliko tjedana, prigodom kojih se izdogađa puno stvari koje mi samo otežavaju posao. Srećom, sve što ćete upravo pročitati je vojne tematike i povezano u širem smislu, što mi je omogućilo dovršenje posla nakon 3 tjedna tišine. Zbog toga neću pisati o svjetskom sukobu, o kojem možete čitati u Asteria, kamo si bre krenula u p**du materinu?, Izjava makedonskog predsjednika o maloj zemlji za velika s**nja, te Kad kaže „Nemoj, molim te!“, a skine gaće sama. Ovdje odajem i priznanje Zdlemmyju, kojeg smo tokom priprema i samog rata doveli ga na rub živčanih završetaka više nego jednom, i zamalo ga otjerali na pohod u kojem nikoga ne bi ništa pitao, i sve bi u bitkama sterao u tri lijepe.

1. INTRODUCTION

I will try to shorten this article as much as possible. Due to RL obligations, and the format my articles have been taking lately, looking more and more like complete newspaper issues, writing them drags out for weeks, during which a lot happens, and that only makes my job more difficult. Luckily, everything you are about to read is of military importance and loosely connected, which made finishing the job possible after 3 weeks of silence. That’s also the reason why I don’t write here about the world conflict, about which you can get your info from Where the F**k Do You Think You're Going, Asteria?, Macedonian CP's Statement Regarding Asteria's Scoundrel, and From a Private Gangbang to an Open-To-The-Public Orgy. Also, here’s a shout-out to Zdlemmy, whom we made flip out and almost go on the shoot-first-ask-questions-later mode on multiple occasions.

1. UPAD U SAD

Činjenice oko ovoga su jasne. SAD nas je prvi napao, i vratili smo im milo za drago. Više o tome u Krmeljivi smogovci. Rat je ubrzo završio zbog naše početne slabosti i neorganiziranosti. Ali ne i neprijateljstvo, koje su Amerikanci podržali ponovnim izborom Pfeiffer.-a i izglasavanjem embarga našim građanima. Sve je upućivalo u istom smjeru: Amerikanci će se vratiti i završiti započeto iz straha od osvete.

1. INVASION OF THE USA

The facts are clear here. USA attacked us first, and we responded in kind. Read more about it in The Eye-Boogered Rascals. We were weak and unorganized and the war ended quickly. But not the hostilities, which Americans chose to uphold by re-electing Pfeiffer. and voting for embargo on our citizens. Everything was pointing out to a single direction: they will come back to finish the job, in fear of revenge.

Njihovo pravo je da iskoriste mehanizme igre na raspolaganju, ali imamo ga i mi. I dobro smo ga iskoristili. Sljedeća 2 mjeseca smo proveli vraćajući igrače iz mrtvih, svađajući i mireći se, tražeći saveznike za napad na SAD, povećavajući činove u 4 trening rata (8 TP bitaka svakodnevno) i čekajući popust na čokse na koje se potrošilo svo to zlato od BH medalja. Nadali smo se kako će biti sredinom ožujka, ali čekajući smo dočekali i sam Uskrs. Bilo je nestrpljivih ljudi, ali smirili smo se i, koliko toliko, disciplinirano nastavili s lovom na sve vrste medalja.

Their right to exercise, using game mechanisms at their disposal, but we have rights of our own. And we used them well. We spent the next 2 months bringing people back from the dead, settling our differences, actively looking for allies, bulking ranks in 4 TWs (8 TP battles at all times), and waiting for the EB promo to spend that BH gold on to. We had high hopes there would be one in March, and were determined to wait for it. It prolonged until Easter. Some were more impatient than others, but we decided to keep our cool and keep hunting for medals.

I tada nam se konačno posrećilo: prvo s popustom na čokse, a zatim s Uskršnjim događajem. Naši tenkovi su proveli cijeli taj dan u potrazi za mrkvama, i uspješno ih uskladištili na tisuće, svaki.

And then we got lucky: first the EB promo, and then the Easter event. Our tanks spent the entire day successfully farming carrots, thousands of them (pun intended), each and every one of them.

Amerikanci su napravili puno pogrešaka:
- izabrali su i slušali ljude koje kontrolira Wild Owl
- stavili su trgovinski embargo Hrvatskoj
- nisu se pripremili za nadolazeći hrvatski napad
- očekivali su pomoć od drugih, uključujući Asteriju
- podigli su poreze
- „zagubili“ porezne prihode (12 milijuna/mjesec)
- stavili NE na nas, a borili se protiv Egipta
- nastavili su se boriti protiv nas, a ne Asterije
- odbijaju prihvatiti ozbiljnost situacije.

Smiješno je kako nisu primili Asterijinu poruku kad se nije borila za Amerikance za prvog našeg napada. Ni srpski embargo nije pomogao. Nisu pomogli ni bugarski NE, a ni makedonski i litvanski ASevi. Dođe čovjeku da se zapita kako Amerikanci mogu živjeti u neznanju i gutati sve što im Wild Owl servira. Žao mi je što ovo moram reći, ali Amerikanci će najvjerojatnije završiti obrisani s karte na sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci, možda i godina.

Americans made a lot of mistakes. They:
- elected people controlled by Wild Owl
- placed a trading embargo on Croatia
- didn’t prepare for another Croatian attack
- expected help from others, including Asteria
- raised taxes
- “misplaced” their tax income (12 million/month)
- put NE law on Croatia, but fought against Egypt
- continued to fight us, instead of Asteria
- failed to see the gravity of the situation.

It is funny how Asteria not helping them 2 months ago didn’t send a clear enough message for Americans. Serbian trading embargo didn’t help either. Neither did the Bulgarian NE, nor the Macedonian and Lithuanian ASes. One must wonder just how ignorant they can be, and eat everything Wild Owl serves them. Americans, I am truly sorry to tell you this, but you are most likely to be assimilated and end up wiped off of the map for months, maybe even years to come.

Iskreno, razočaran sam američkim otporom. Svi smo mi razočarani, i cijeli eRepublik. Nakon samo 2 dana ovaj rat je uhvatila fjaka, te se čini kao još jedan TW. Očekivali smo kako će SAD imati više novca, kako će im Poljska skočiti u pomoć, i kako će Švedska s lakoćom obraniti napade. Pobjeda je manje važna naspram zabave. A dobra zabava je kad neprijatelj pruži jak otpor.

Frankly, I am disappointed by how little resistance we’ve met. We all are. The entire eRepublik is. All this started feeling like yet another TW after just 2 days of war. We expected USA to have more money, Poland jumping in, and Sweden fighting us off with more ease. Winning is secondary, fun is what matters. And good fun is when enemy makes you pay.

3. PACIFICA JE POMOGLA ASTERIJI - UNIŠTITI PACIFICU

Ljudi govore kako se ništa nije, niti će se promijeniti s našim napadom na SAD. Nismo mogli biti sigurni prije napada, ali sada znamo kako su bili u pravu. Ali eRepublik zajednica je imala svoju priliku. Pa ponovimo, koliko nam je ono zemalja pomoglo u našem pohodu na Pacificu? Egipat, Irska, Urugvaj i Venecuela. Sveukupno 5 zemalja usudilo se započeti pravi rat, dok su nas ostali odbili.

3. PACIFICA HELPED ASTERIA - DESTROY PACIFICA

People keep saying nothing has and nothing will change with our attack on the USA. We couldn’t tell for sure before the attack, but now everybody knows they are right. But eRepublik community had their chance. Let’s recapitulate, how many countries actually joined Croatia in our campaign? Egypt, Ireland, Uruguay, and Venezuela. 5 countries in total started a real war, others rejected to help our cause.

Sve te zemlje su imale izbor kao i mi: ili sjediti prekriženih ruku i gledati daljnje zbližavanje Pacifice i Asterije, ili napasti Pacificu, i pružiti priliku ostatku zajednice za nešto. Nažalost, nisu ju iskoristili, Pacifica se raspala, a Asteria sada vlada svijetom bez premca. I za to je kriv ostatak svijeta.

It looks like there was a choice: to, either sit and do nothing, and Pacifica survives as pro-Asteria, or to attack Pacifica, and give a window of opportunity for that community. Unfortunately, you didn’t take it, Pacifica fell apart, and Asteria now rules the world. And it is the rest of you that allowed it.

Pročitajte Tko ima najveću batinu i Hajmo glumit izbjeglice. Prvi članak pojašnjava kako Asteria funkcionira, a drugi im je možda dao ideju kako da sruše SAD. Dok smo još uvijek bili obrisani, nastala je ideja da se izvučemo iz svog tog nereda. Razmatrali smo preseljenje u zemlje jugoistočne Azije (Tajland, Indonezija, Filipini) i Australiju, te bi se tada 5 malenih zemalja skupilo pod jednom zastavom. Zajedno bismo imali sve resurse za proizvodnju hrane i oružja, i nekoliko trening ratova. Prije toga bismo morali ugovoriti s Asterijom trajno napuštanje našeg teritorija, a zauzvrat bi nas oni ostavili na miru. Tajlanđani Filipinci su nam prijatelji, a Australija je bila pod tada prisilnom peruanskom okupacijom. Prije nego se krenete smijati na sve ovo, bacite oko na uniju koju su australski Hrvati uspjeli dogovoriti s Peruom. Krajnji cilj je bio biti konkurencija SAD-u u privlačenju stranih vlasnika firmi zbog povlastica poput niskog poreza, niske prosječne plaće, i mirovnih garancija koje bi nam Asterija dala.

U međuvremenu je ideja potisnuta, možda i potpuno napuštena, kada su nam Srbi dali slobodu. Nakon prvog američkog napada na nas, plan Asterije je konačno počeo dobivati jasnije smjernice. Što mislite zašto je Srbija pustila Hrvatsku, Čile i Argentinu? Dogovorili smo TW s proasterijskim UK-om, Rumunjska je pustila Grčku u TW s Kolumbijom (Pacifica), a Bugarska je pokrenula TW s Finskom (Pacifica). Ne budite naivni, Asteria je znala da se želimo osvetiti SAD-u i uzeti njihove resurse. Dapače, ohrabrivali su nas. Sigurno su računali i na Tursku, Argentinu i Čile da AS-aju SAD zajedno s nama, i da ćemo se i mi i Pacifica iscrpiti u dugom i skupom ratu. S obzirom da se to nije dogodilo, (pro)Asteria je sama odlučila napasti SAD, dokrajčiti Amerikance nakon što smo ih mi slomili, i uzeti njihove resurse za sebe. Pacifica je nestala s vojno-političke pozornice, a Srbija briše Mađarsku dok ovo čitate. Asteria trijumfira.

Read Who Has the Biggest (Disco) Stick and Let's Go Refugee. The former explains how Asteria operates, while the latter might have given them an idea how to destroy the farmhouse that is USA. There was an idea, while we were still erased, to get out of the mess. We considered complete relocation to Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines) and Australia, and 5 of our little countries would join under one flag. Together we could've had all the weapon and food resources, and TWs. A deal with Asteria was to be made beforehand, that we would completely abandon our cores, and they would leave us be in return.Thai and Filipinos are our friends, and Australia was under then forced Peruvian occupation. Before you say such thing would've never worked, look at the union between Australia (governed by Croats) and Peru now. The ultimate goal was to be a competition to USA in attracting foreign managers because of the 1% WT, lower average salary, and the peace guarantee from Asteria.

The plan was put on hold (maybe even abandoned) when Serbia released our cores. After the first US attack on Croatia, Asteria's plan finally took shape. Why do you think Serbi released Croatia, Chile, and Argentina? We negotiated a TW with the pro-Asterian UK, Romania released Greece to have a TW with Colombia (Pacifica) and Bulgaria went on to have a TW with Finland (Pacifica). Make no mistake, (pro-)Asterian countries knew we wanted to take revenge on the USA and their resources, and they encouraged us to do so. They probably counted on Turkey, Argentina and Chile As-ing USA as well, and making it a long battle that would exhaust both Pacifica and anti-Asteria countries. But since that didn't happen, some (pro-)Asterian countries decided to attack USA as well, now that the Americans are broken, and take some of the resources for themselves. Pacifica is gone, Hungary is being wiped by Serbia as you read this. Asteria prevails.

Još jedna zanimljiva stvar je što smo, do prije nekih pola godine, još uvijek pokušavali biti prijatelji SAD-u (protiv Asterije), ali su nas s prijezirom odbili. Kako su sami govorili kad su nas AS-ali prije 2 mjeseca, preslabi smo da bismo bili njihovi prijatelji. Sad ih slamamo,a Asteria će ih obrisati. Naivno smo razmatrali mogućnost da im ostavimo nekoliko praznih regija kako bi imali kongres, i ne stavljanje embarga kako bi njihovi građani mogli raditi. Uopće nemamo želju da odustanu i napuste igru. Kao što sam već više puta rekao, nama je do igre, zajednice i zabave. Nažalost, bojim sa kako Asteria to neće dopustiti. Cijele će ih pokoriti, nas vjerojatno izbaciti, a SAD držati obrisanim s karte do posljednih dana eRepublika.

Another funny thing is, around half a a year ago, we still wanted to be friends with USA (against Asteria), and they mockingly denied our request. As they said when they AS-ed us 2 months ago, we were to weak to be their friends. Now we broke them, and Asteria is gonna wipe them. Naively, we even considered the possibility to leave them some (resource-wise empty) regions for congress, and to not impose an embargo upon them, so their citizens could work and enjoy our bonuses. We don’t want Americans to give up and quit. Like I keep saying, we care about the game, community and fun for all. But, I’m afraid that won’t be possible. Asteria will probably kick us out and keep USA wiped off the map until the end of server.

4. SUDBINA AMERIČKIH POKRAJINA S RESURSIMA

(Pro)asterijske zemlje su došle po američke resurse samo kako bi poboljšali proizvodnju u svojoj zemlji. Ne mare za same tvornice koje su smještene na teritoriju SAD-a. Razmislite: sve te zemlje imaju visoke poreze, i nijedna američka regija pod njihovom kontrolom neće imati vezu s glavnim gradom, što podrazumijeva smanjenu proizvodnju.

No, zato je Hrvatska tu (ako nas Asterija ne izbaci). Uspjeli smo prebaciti naš glavni grad u Kentucky i osvojiti neke od regija bogate resursima. pokušat ćemo uzeti što više regija pod našu kontrolu. Porez na rad ostaje na 1% na neodređeno vrijeme. Hrvatska koristi porezni prihod samo za financiranje MPP-ova, a za sve ostalo se brinu naši tenkovi. Američki poslovnjaci su također dobrodošli ako žele promijeniti državljanstvo, pa čak i uzeti naše. Što više tvrtci imaju, a manje tenkaju, veće su im šanse pri dobivanju hrvatskog državljanstva. Nije nam cilj natjerati njihove ljude da napuste igru, ali moramo paziti na vlastitu unutarnju sigurnost. Što se tiče rata, još mu se ne nazire kraj, niti se zna hoće li biti organiziran zajednički TW nakon njega. U bilo kojem slučaju, nećemo staviti embargo američkim državljanima.

4. FATE OF AMERICAN HIGH- RESOURCE REGIONS

(Pro-)Asterian countries are here to take American resources merely to expand their production back home. They don’t care about factories positioned in the USA itself. Think about it: they all have high taxes, and no American region under their occupation has a direct route to their respective capitals, which entails a significantly diminished production.

And then there is Croatia (if Asteria doesn’t kick us out too soon). We managed to move our capital to Kentucky, and take some of the high-resource regions. We will try to assemble as many regions as possible under our flag. WT will remain at 1%, indefinitely. Croatia uses tax income only to pay for MPPs. The rest is financed by our tanks. American managers are welcome to change citizenship, or even take ours. The more companies you have, and the less you tank, you have better chances of obtaining Croatian citizenship. We don’t want American players to quit the game, but we also have to think about our internal security. As for when will the war end, it is still unknown, as is the fact if there is going to be a Croatian-US TW afterwards. But we won’t place an embargo on US citizens.

5. SUBVENCIONIRANJE DVOKLIKERA PILOTA

Nije tajna kako je Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo nepostojeće. Čak i ovih dana imamo problema protiv već slomljenih Amerikanaca u zraku. Golema većina naših tenkova se bore na tlu, a dvoklikeri, ako i kad se bore, često promaše važnu bitku.

5. SUBSIDIES FOR AIR FORCE TWO-CLICKERS

It’s not a secret how Croatian Air Force sucks. Even now, we are having trouble beating USA in air combat. Large majority of our tanks fight in ground only, and two-clickers have no motivation to fight, and when they do, they do it all over the place.

Hrvatska zato poziva sve vas u naše Hrvatsko ratno zarkoplovstvo, gdje ćete u svako doba dana imati postavljen CO u našim TW-ovima. Zamislite, moći ćete iskombinirati FF medalje sa CO-om i DO-om. Od vas tražimo samo da se borite što više možete. Travanj će biti mjesec testiranja, da vidimo koliko će vas se nam pridružiti, i koliko novca ćemo trebati. Cilja se na 25k cc/ mil dmg-a od svibnja. Hrvatska ima 10 aktivnih bitaka svaki dan, pored savezničkih, pa će uvijek biti neka zračna bitka za vas da ispunite DO, pokupite FF medalju i zaradite gotovinu.

That’s why Croatia invites everybody to join our Croatian Air Force MU, where members will have CO set for them to fight in our TWs. Just imagine, you could combine FF medals, CO, and DO. We just ask of you to fight as much as possible. The month of April is going to be a testing phase in order to see how many of you will join, and how much CC we would need. We aim at 25k cc/mill dmg, starting with May. Croatia has 10 active battles every day, plus allied ones, so there will always be an air round for you to complete your DO, earn FF medal and some cash.

Gideonn founded CAF for the very same reason more than a year ago, but run out of money in the meantime. I repeat, this is all funded by our tanks, and they simply want people to have fun. Plato i Clopoyaur, gerila je užasna, i to svi znaju osim vas. Zahtijeva previše vremena, a daje malo zauzvrat. I još puno previše ovisi o šansi.

6. GUERRILLA SUCKS

Face it, Plato and Clopoyaur, guerrilla sucks. Nobody likes it. It takes too much time, gives little reward in return, and depends on chance too much.

Gerila je loša pucačina iz prvog lica, i smisao je imala jedino dok je dnevna granica energije bila na oko 300. Oni koji su imali više vremena i koji su htjeli biti na vrhu bi ju koristili za povećanje vojnog čina.

Uostalom, ovo bi trebala biti društvena igra. Gdje tu uopće ima mjesta za pucačinu iz prvog lica, jedan na jedan? Nije li bojište s heksagonalnim poljima u Risingu bilo prikladnije? Od tri oblika ratovanja (zid, gerila, polja), ovo mi je bilo najdraže. Taktika se mogla koristiti na razini pojedinog borca: nije se radilo samo o stiskanju tipke, već i razmještanju i nalasku najprikladnijeg neprijatelja. Istovremeno ste mogli gledati stotine kako čine to isto zajedno s vama. Zid me više podsjeća na Football Manager, čista statistika bez priče i vizualizacije, nasuprot FIFA-i i PES-u. Zamislite samo koliko bi uzbudljiva bila događanja na takvom bojištu. Možda bi i novinari mogli opet pisati zanimljive izvještaje o zasebnim bitkama. Clopo bi mogao izvještavati uživo u svojoj emisiji.

It’s a lousy first-person shooter game, which only made sense when daily energy used to be capped at 300 or so. Those who had more time and wanted to be at the top would use that mode to advance their ground ranks.

Besides, this is supposed to be a social game, so how does a one-on-one, first-person shooter mode contribute to that aspect? Wasn’t the hex-tile map during the Rising more logical? To me, it was the best war module out of three, third being the wall. The hex-tile map employed personal tactics: it wasn’t just about clicking fight on DO, it actually required maneuvering and finding a suitable enemy. And you could see hundreds of people doing the same on that map. The wall always felt like Football Manager to me, just raw statistics without a story and visualization, contrary to FIFA or PES. Just imagine how exciting the map progress could be, people could actually write interesting reports on individual battles. Clopo could report live during his show.

Međutim, i ovome bi trebala dorada. Najveća mana ovog sustava naspram gerile je prisilna borba u samo jednom vidu bojišta za sve igrače. Tenkovi bi trebali imat mogućnost potrošnje cjelokupne enrgije u nekoliko poteza. Na taj način bi mogli i dalje podizati vojni čin i osvajati medalje, dok bi istodobno brojčano nadmoćniji dvoklikeri mogli osvojit/obraniti više polja. Ali tada bi bi brojčana šteta izgubila na važnosti. Kako bi se to spriječilo, tenkovi koji su sami na svom polju bi trebali imati mogućnost istodobnog napadanja svih neprijatelja na susjednom polju odjednom. Na taj način bi tenk u jednom potezu mogao očistiti polje od desetak slabih dvoklikera. Ali ako mu se na tom polju suprotstavi samo jedan slabi dvokliker, tenk i dalje osvaja samo to jedno polje. Dakle, zemlja koja ima samo par tenkova bi mogla imati problema protiv zemlje koja ima mnoštvo dvoklikera jer bi svaki od tenkova mogli napasti samo po jedno polje po potezu, dok bi dvoklikeri mogli iskoristiti brojnost i raširiti se, te usporiti ili čak zaustaviti napredovanje neprijatelja dok ne dođe pomoć. U teoriji, oni koji žele istresti štetu za medalju bi to mogli učiniti u par minuta, a oni koji bi se željeli igrati po bojištu bi to mogli raditi satima i zabaviti se.

Novi gradski sustav bi se lako mogao uklopiti u ovakav način ratovanja. Bolnice i DS-ovi bi imali krug djelovanja (AoE) u kojem bi se branitelji mogli rasporediti, i ono bi se pružalo samo nekoliko polja oko tih zgrada sa svih strana. Kako napadači napreduju bliže gradu, bit će im sve teže zbog sve gušćeg rasporeda dvoklikera u krugu bolnice i DS-a. S druge strane, tenkovi bi trebali imati prednost na ostatku bojišta zbog većih energetskih mogućnosti i osobnih statističkih obilježja.

Divizije bi se mogle pretvoriti u topništvo, oklopništvo, pješaštvo i zrakoplovstvo. Tako bi dvoklikeri imali malo bolje izglede ako bi se pravilno opremili, a packovi bi i dalje držali na vrijednosti. Na primjer, zrakoplovstvo može prijeći bilo koji teren, pa bi se Maverick igrači lako mogli prebacivati između oviih novih „divizija“, ovisno žele li se boriti, ili samo prijeći zahtjevan teren.

It would need some reworking, though. The biggest flaw of this fighting system, compared to guerrilla, is that it’s involuntary; all people have to fight in the same mode. Tanks should have the option to spend their energy in a few turns. That way, they keep bulking their ranks and winning medals, while at the same time enable numerically superior two-clickers to win/defend more tiles. But then all that damage means almost nothing. To counteract that, tanks, if alone on their tile, should be allowed to attack all the fighters on the neighboring enemy tile, at once. That way, one tank could use his/her damage to clean a tile from, for example, 10 weak two-clickers. But if there is only 1 weak player standing up to the tank, the tank still wins only that one tile. So, a country with a few tanks could have trouble winning against another one with dozens or a couple of hundred two-clickers. 5 tanks would still win against 100 two-clickers, but because each tank could only attack a single tile each turn, two-clickers might use their numbers and spread out, and buy time until help comes. In theory, those who only want to dish out damage for a medal should be able to do it fast, and those who want to hop around the battle field for a couple of hours could also have their fun.

The new city system could be easily incorporated into this mode of warfare. City mayors could use residential tax revenues to buy hospitals and defense systems. Those would be deployed around capital, and two-clickers could go afk, and their accounts would continue fighting as long as the hospital lasts and their computers are on. Hospitals and DSs would, off course, have areas of effect (AOE). AOEs would extend only a couple or more tiles around them, and two-clickers could use them only in a defending mode, which makes sense: the closer you get to the capital, the harder it is to penetrate the defenses. On the other hand, tanks would have the advantage on the rest of the map, since they have better stats and more energy than two-clickers.

Divisions could be turned into artillery, tanks, infantry and helicopters. That way, two-clickers would have better chances if equipped properly, while the packs still wouldn’t lose their value. For example, helicopters can cross any terrain, so Maverick players could easily switch between these new “divisions”, depending on whom they intend to fight, and what terrain they need to cross.

Iako su takve bitke trajale cijeli dan, mogle bi imati mnoštvo BH medalja za svaku novu „diviziju“ u šteti, u broju osvojenih polja, u broju poraženih neprijatelja, i tako dalje. A i trajanje samih bitaka bi se moglo skratiti.

- taktiziranje pojedinačnih igrača

And although one such battle lasted entire day, there could still be a plethora of BH medals for each new “division” in damage, in number of tiles won, in number of enemies defeated, etc. And battle duration could be shortened as well.

- packs would still have value
- still a lot of different BH medals
- tactics on personal level
- visualized battlefield and troop movement
- tank vs two-clicker advantage exchange

7. CIJENE PACKOVA

Cijene packova u valuti su u stalnom porastu, dok zlato gubi na vrijednosti. To je recept za tešku situaciju i za prodavače i za kupce. Igrači koji packove plaćaju valutom će ih nastaviti kupovati sve dok mogu utopiti zlato od osvojenih medalja u dovoljno valute kako bi ponovno kupili packove. Sad vam je jasno zašto se kupcima ne sviđaju trenutni uvjeti. Ovo bi trebalo biti odovor na N4zGuL-ovo pitanje zašto ne povećati cijenu packova u valuti. Već su na gornjoj granici isplativosti, i njihovim poskupljenjem bi ih bilo teže prodati.

7. PACK PRICES

Pack prices in currency have been on a constant rise, while the gold has been losing value. That’s a recipe for a difficult situation for both pack sellers and buyers. People who buy packs with currency will continue to do so as long as the medals won in battle can be converted into enough currency to buy packs again. Now you see why the buyers hate today’s environment. This should also answer N4zGuL’s question why not raise pack prices in currency. They are already at the the higher end limit, and going any higher would make them a bad purchase.

Kao što sam prije objasnio u Kako oživljavanjem gospodarstva Plato može zaraditi još više, packovi se prodaju za valutu jer se njome na novčanom tržištu može kupiti više zlata, nego od Platona za isti RL iznos. Dok god na taj način dobiju više zlata, isplativo im je prodavati packove za valutu. Stvarno nema smisla nastaviti s dizanjem cijena, jer će postati neisplativi i ljudi ih neće moći kupiti. Ovo također prkosi N4zGul-ovoj tvrdnji kako valuta postaje sve beznačajnija i beskorisnija. Ja to nisam primijetio u zadnje vrijeme. Jedino vidim kako cijena zlata na novčanom tržišut pada iz dana u dan, a ne valute.

As I explained before in How Can Plato Earn More by Enliving the Economy, pack sellers sell packs only because, with currency gained, they can buy more gold on the monetary market, than they could from Plato for the same amount of RL money. So, as long as they get more gold that way, it is profitable for sellers to sell packs for currency. There is no logic in increasing the price of packs in currency, because people won’t be able to buy them anymore. This also defies N4zGul argument that currency is becoming more worthless. I don’t see it that way. I see the gold depreciating on the monetary market, not the currency.

Svaki bude kad predsjednik, ministar ili netko treći objavi članak o TW-u, trebali bi nadodati kako je za njegova trajanja na snazi „Varvarinova kletva“. Takva jednostavna rečenica bi mogla spriječiti puno neugodnosti na obje strane. Još bolje ako bi stavili poveznicu na ovaj članak za puno objašnjenje: stranim RH lovcima je zabranjeno podupirati te RW-ove.

Every time a CP, MoD or somebody else publishes an article about a TW agreement, they should state that the “Varvarin curse” applies. One simple sentence like that could prevent a lot of unpleasantries for both sides. It would be even better to link it to this article for a full explanation: foreigner RH hunters would be prohibited from supporting those RWs.

Kad sam ovo prvi put predložio, ljudi su se pitali kako bi se takva odredba primijenila. Nažalost, nemoguće je prisilite sve RH lovce na posluh. I dalje će se redovno potkrasti koji specijalac i „ukrasti“ vam medalju, ali situacije u kojima su većinom stranci poduprli RW bi mogle postati stvar prošlosti. U vašem je interesu da obavijestite nas lovce, jer svaki put kad blokirate RW da nas kaznite, potencijalno gubite još 2 RH medalje zbog pravila blokiranja RW-ova na 24 sata. Još gore, lovci ostanu na klupi cijeli tjedan. Stoga mi vjerujte kada kažem kako ćemo se pridržavati „Varvarinove kletve“.

When I first suggested the idea, people asked me how this rule would be enforced. Unfortunately, there would be no absolute enforcement. Ignorant individuals might still interfere. However, all of us who update RH list for others (I supply more than 50 people) would become aware of this, and stop putting those TWs on their list. So, while there still one or two players could slip in and “steal” your RH, situations where majority or all supporters are foreign could become a thing of the past. It is on your interest to notify us RH hunters, since every time you block and RW to punish us, you potentially lose additional 2 RH medals because of the 24 hour block rule. Even worse, hunters get benched for a week. Therefore, trust me when I say, we will comply with the “Varvarin curse”.
