Caros ePortugueses

Nestas últimas semanas, ePortugal tem-se afirmado como uma potência regional e um aliado útil. É por essas e por outras razões que fomos aceites como trial member da Irmandade de EDEN, com 100% de votos positivos.

Juntamente com a eColombia, lutamos contra a eVenezuela, responsável por oprimir durante demasiado tempo os nossos irmãos eColombianos. Expulsamos exércitos eMexicanos do nosso território e inclusive os humilhamos, fazendo com que rapidamente abandonassem os seus aliados eVenezuelanos à sua sorte contra dois países e até forçando o seu Presidente Kenshinn “López de Santa Anna”, a pagar-nos uma indemnização, para além de os termos exposto a maioria da população eMexicana como os mentirosos e trapaceiros que são.

Assim, é com todo o orgulho que a redacção do The Global Moustache, após algumas conversas com a Presidência ePortuguesa, decidiu finalmente avançar em frente a anunciar, em primeira mão, o estabelecimento do Império Português (por agora de forma não-oficial), com Lucifel como seu líder de estado.

Assim, gostaria de deixar algumas noções sobre este novo Império:

1º O Império Português engloba as 5 províncias de ePortugal Continental, assim como as Regiões Autonomas dos Açores, Madeira e Nova Cabinda, todas estas representadas no Congresso Imperial.

2º É governado pelo seu expoente máximo, o povo ePortuguês, representado pelo Imperador de ePortugal (cargo ocupado por Lucifel) e pelo Congresso Imperial. Ao contrário do que o nome indica, este cargo de Imperador não é hereditário, absoluto nem vitalício (cada Imperador tem mandato de um mês), estando o seu ocupante susceptível a sair, segundo a vontade do povo representado ainda pelo Congresso Imperial.

3º As suas línguas oficiais são o Português, Mirandês e Inglês, também falado pela maioria da população. A língua Espanhola, falada pelos taçardos e por algumas minorias étnicas está proibida, salvo excepção de negociações diplomáticas.

4º O Império é habitado por ePortugueses, todos os visitantes estrangeiros, assim como as ditas minorias étnicas. Essas minorias englobam principalmente eVenezuelanos e clones. Por não terem bigodes tão farfalhudos como os nossos, não poderão gozar dos mesmos direitos que os ePortugueses… no entanto, não estão nunca proibidos de trabalhar em empresas ePortuguesas, de lutar pelo Império, assim como de dar a sua opinião no IRC (apenas usando as línguas oficiais), na Imprensa ePortuguesa ou mesmo na imprensa regional de Nova Cabinda. Serão tratados com respeito, como fazemos com os nossos convidados.

5º A Província de Nova Cabinda, produtora de petróleo e borracha, englobará as regiões de Guayana, Llanos, Central Venezuela, Venezuelan Capital (Ex-Capital), Northeastern Venezuela e Venezuelan Andean, tendo sua capital administrativa em Guayana. Possivelmente no futuro terá um Vice-rei, para mais facilmente ser integrada. Gozará da sua própria imprensa regional livre, podendo até ter artigos escritos em taçardês (sem no entanto ter reconhecimento como língua oficial do Império). No entanto, quaisquer movimentos separatistas que tenham como objectivo devolver a província aos interesses de privados ou de minorias étnicas serão castigadas pelo Império.


Assim, e como leal súbdito da nova coroa ePortuguesa, peço ao Imperador Lucifel e ao Congresso Imperial que sejam feitos todos os esforços para se defender o Império contra a ameaça interna da resistência, canalizando ao mesmo tempo o nosso potencial para ajudar os nossos aliados que nos apoiaram (um agradecimento especial aqui para a eColombia, eChile, eCroácia e eArgentina) e para que não desapontemos quem tão prontamente nos aceitou na EDEN.

In these last few weeks, ePortugal has reafirmed itself as a regional power and an useful ally. Those are the main reasons why we were accepted as a trial member of the Brotherhood of EDEN, with all votes in favor (and none against).

Along with eColombia, we have fought against eVenezuela, a country responsable for opressing our eColombian brothers for too long. We have expelled eMexican armies from our territory, even humiliating them, forcing them to abandon their eVenezuelan allies (which they promptly did) and forcing their President Kenshinn “López de Santa Anna” to pay us an indemnization. This was before we also exposed their government as the liers and cheaters that they really are, when they broke the peace treaty they signed with us: not because they wanted to help eVenezuela, but rather because they were to proud to keep their word.

So, and without further ado, after some talks with the ePortuguese Presidency, The Global Moustache is proud to announce to you all, the establishment of the Empire of ePortugal (non-officially, yet), with Lucifel as its head of state.

Therefore, I would like to explain some notions about this Empire:

1st - The ePortuguese Empire encompasses the 5 provinces of Continental Portugal, along with the Autonomous Regions of Azores, Madeira and the newly conquered region of New Cabinda, all of them represented on the Imperial Congress.

2nd - It is governed by its people, represented by the Emperor of ePortugal (an office currently occupied by Lucifel) and by the Imperial Congress. The Emperor, unlike what his name implies, is not hereditary and does not last for a lifetime. Each Emperor has a mandate of one month and can apply again if he feels he is still ready to continue. If the people, represented by the Imperial Congress, determine that he has lost his Imperial right to rule, he can be forced to abdicate.

3rd - The Empire’s official languages are Portuguese, Mirandese and English, also spoken by the majority of the population. Taçardian, (also known as Spanish) despite spoken by some ethnic minorities in the Empire, is forbidden, with the exception of some foreign visitors and diplomatic negociations.

4th – The Empire is inhabited by ePortuguese, foreign visitors, along with the before-mentioned ethnic minorities. The minorities are mainly eVenezuelans or clones. Since their moustaches are not as bushy as ours, they are not allowed to have the same rights as ours. On the other hand, they are not forbidden from working in ePortuguese companies, fighting for the Empire and its allies or even giving their opinion in IRC, the ePortuguese press or in the regional press of New Cabinda. They will be treated with respect, as we do with our guests.

5º The Autonomous Province of New Cabinda, a center for rubber and oil industry, encompasses the regions of Guayana, Llanos, Central Venezuela, Venezuelan Capital (former), Northeastern Venezuela and Venezuelan Andean, having its administrative center in the province of Guayana. Possibly, in the future, it will have its own Viceroy, so that it can be administrated with more efficiency. It is allowed to have its own Free Regional Press, having the Imperial right to write articles in Taçardian (without it being recognized as an official language of the Empire). On the other hand, any separatist movements, whose objective is to give back this province to local dictators or ethnical minorities will be punished by the Empire.

Therefore, and as a loyal subject of the ePortuguese Crown, I hereby request Emperor Lucifel and the Imperial Congress to make all efforts to defend the Empire against the internal threat of resistance movements, channeling at the same time our potencial to help our allies (and I here leave a special “Thank you” for eColombians, eArgentinians, eChileans and eCroats, along with all the others), so that we do not disappoint those who so kindly accepted us as trial members of EDEN.
