First the decision to win that rw was taken under pressure and late. Even if pak would have won the rw, India would still have the determination bonus, which means they could have restarted the war than. The logical way was to lose it and reclaim it when we ne. When we win the ne India's determination is reset.

So all the shouts by the govt, involving our allies was a waste of resources.
