Pfeiffer for President - The Team

Day 3,207, 06:56 Published in USA USA by Pfeiffer.

This announcement is brought to you by the Pfeiffer for President Campaign

Thank you for your overwhelmingly positive response to my first article of this campaign. It is really encouraging, and I sincerely appreciate it.

As the title above suggests, today I will talk about the people working with me for the coming month. As I explained in my first article, I'm not appointing any of the 'filler' positions that have existed previously. There is still plenty for anyone who is interested in learning the ropes and climbing the ladder to do, we're just not going to polish the turd that is the scut work of entry level government jobs.

Now, down to the nitty gritty.

My Vice President is, obviously, fingerguns

bewbs

For those of you here during the previous Pfeiffer Administration, you will remember that fingerguns and I make an excellent team. She does the work, I take the credit.

We enjoy different aspects of the game, and that creates a complimentary system where we are each able to really focus on the tasks before us without needing to worry about duplicating efforts or stepping on toes. She reminds me to stay on task, and I remind her to keep it in her pants once someone starts up some sort of Fed rallying cry I've never been able to fully decipher.

I look forward to working with her, and I thank her for all the support she has and does offer me.

My Chief of Staff will be, Blande.

less bewbs, more cigar...Bill approves, of course

I needed someone who I knew could handle the more 'traditional' role of Chief of Staff, should it become necessary to crack the whip (I don't think it will be, we are putting together a stellar team), but doesn't have so large an ego that they would be ill suited to taking on the role as I've envisioned it for the month. Supportive, engaging, and willing to fill in as needed, where needed, without hesitation.

Blande has the work ethic, he has the integrity, and I look forward to the day he kicks me (or someone else, preferably) out of the Oval Office to serve as President.

Now, the other senior level jobs are a bit more tricky, because until I'm in the job I can't fully assess the situation. I can't know who is best to lead and staff Interior until I know exactly how the current programs are performing, who is utilizing them, etc. That information isn't something I've been able to get, so I will use my time on the election day, should I be leading, and the 'counting day', should I have won, to get that information and more properly assess the situation.

Unless we run into serious personality conflicts, which I don't think will happen, or they are unwilling, I intend on having both Ilene Dover and Comet Academy stay on and work with us. From what I can see, they're putting in the effort and having some fun with their work...and there's no reason to replace them if all they need is some more support from above and a little extra motivation. Both of which are things I'm willing to give them.

I had to use paint to make this, extra effort guys, see?

Defense is going to be more fluid than even Interior. As I said in my announcement, the biggest thing on the calendar is the unit wide survey of USAF. We need to know what they want if we hope to give them the right leadership to accomplish those goals. There are any number of people who have and will be considered once we have more information, and I've spoken with a few of them about where they might fit in for different scenarios. I want to respect the wishes of the unit, they didn't ask to be jerked around the way they have been lately, and so that's how I'm going to staff DoD.

In the interim, I have asked my good friend Inwegen to help us out. Nobody can deny that he is a task master among task masters, and he will be a massive help as we determine the best path forward and begin to chart a course. I owe him a debt for being willing to take this on with me.

still no more bewbs, but holy hell the original House of Cards is magnificent

I will be hosting another edition of The Pfeiffer Show on Friday...and another show on Monday. I will respond to any and all questions here, of course, but if you like the more intimate feel of listening to me and my guests talk about how awesome next month can be...join us. The Friday show will be at 1800 eRep time, and the Monday show will be running off and on ALL DAY on Monday. It's a holiday, I've got the day off of work, it's election day in eRep...why not spend it playing games and having fun with you fine folks? I see no reason not to do so, and am even in talks with my good friend Clopoyaur to arrange for some cross stream games and competitions. It's gonna be a blast, y'all.

The shows will be broadcast on beam, so I can randomly surf around eRep while talking with America. Register on beam and click that follow button so you are alerted when the show goes live. I will be giving out prizes to random viewers throughout every show, and followers get DOUBLE PRIZES. So it's really in your best interest to follow the stream 😃

So follow at beam.pro/JSPfeiffer (an official member of Team Clopoyaur - THE CLOPO CREW - watch Clopo at beam.pro/clopoyaur).

I remain

Your obedient servant,
