In past days CODE/Andes alliances and the United Kingdom have reached out to an arrangement that settles our relations with the UK for the near future.
With this agreement we hopefully will settle some conflicts which have turned up over the past months and we´re looking forward to a vicinity of mutual respect and understanding.

PEACE TREATY between the Governments of the UNITED KINGDOM and ALBANIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, GREECE, HUNGARY, MONTENEGRO, SOUTH KOREA, THAILAND, TURKEY and USA, (hereafter referred to as CODE) and the Governments of ARGENTINA, CHILE, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL, MEXICO, PARAGUAY, URUGUAY and VENEZUELA (hereafter referred to as ANDES)




ARTICLES

I. The UK Government will not order, direct or encourage its population or resident MU's to fight against the 'CODE' or 'ANDES' alliances.

II. The UK Government will not attack CODE/ANDES out of TW agreements and will resist any attempt by any non-signatory nation to establish a foothold in its core regions.

III. The UK Government will inform CODE and ANDES of any approach by a non-signatory nation to illicit aid in attempts to harm either the 'CODE' or 'ANDES' alliances.

IV. The UK Government cedes control of the following core regions to 'CODE' and 'ANDES' for strategic reasons or that they may profit from UK-CODE/ANDES training wars:-
-Wales
-West Midlands
-South West of England
-South East of England
-East Midlands
-East of England
-North West of England (conditional on VIII - will be held by the UK)
-London (conditional on VIII - will be held by a CODE/ANDES member not embargoed or in a TW)
-Scotland (conditional on IX )
-Northern Ireland (conditional on X ).

V. 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries will seek to guarantee the UK a full Congress.

VI 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries will seek to wipe or reduce the UK Congress on request from the Country President of the United Kingdom.

VII. 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries will return any taxes collected from UK regions and deposit the taxes in an account set by the Country President of the United Kingdom.

VIII. 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries retain the right to attack and secure any UK region with notice; if 'CODE' and 'ANDES' deem it militarily necessary.

IX. Scotland will be held by an agreed occupier (initially Turkey) with 100% bonuses; not included in a TW or embargo with the UK.

X. Northern Ireland will be held by a CODE/ANDES member until the UK agrees to a third TW or requests it’s release.
