It let's Chile have a link to their original regions and to their eAussie regions. It gives us no bonuses because Canterbury already has iron so it is more help to eChile atm.

It's a clever call to help eChile because they will be a very powerful ally once their newbs grow then no more eArgentine worries for us🙂
