Well here I am again, back at home and settling in again to find things drastically altered from the moment I left. Our military structure has been completely revamped, we have a new president coming to the end of her term, and we have been kicked out of Sirius. I would want to talk more about the alliance and faults to be had, but if you want an apt summary, just read the article written by Wild Owl. He has said everything that needs to be said, and I have complete faith in Molly Emma despite all the chatter going on. She's always been one to step up to help and has always asked little in return other than the chance to serve. So where does that leave me?

My sojourn to Russia allowed me to take a breath and relax. Things didn't go according to plan as things normally do, and I decided to take a trip back to the USA to provide whatever service I can. It seems given the surrounding circumstances, I couldn't have picked a better time. A heated presidential election appears to be underway, and I'm sure all of you are following it, as you should be. It's important to get your ideas, critiques, and complaints out now because now is the time for them to be heard and recorded. I'll be watching from the sidelines and offer my help to anyone who needs it. Our new foreign affairs situation offers a lot of opportunity and risk, and we need to be paying attention and providing support where it is needed. Just remember there are very important discussions ongoing.

Where do we go from here? Sirius was an interesting experiment that I fully supported and ended up being problematic later on. The blame game is going to happen and people are going to pick their sides, but it gets us no closer to where we are going and no farther from what caused our break. It is always easy to lay out fault but harder to come up with solutions. The United States remains in a strong position and our individual foreign affairs are holding up despite the alliance politics that put us back on our own. I ask everyone to move forward and participate. Offer a helping hand, fight in the battles we should, and learn from mistakes rather than dwell. I look forward to what the future holds rather than focusing on the present past.

It's good to be back, lets see what we can do now.

Oh dear God no! Why are you all so desperate to protect Molly Emma? She made some drastically bad decisions, and she's solely responsible for your ejection from an alliance which was in a pretty desperate state /before/ we had to lose you. I said it before, how desperate must we have been to have to remove USA from our alliance? Use your heads.

Molly Emma might have been great as part of a strong team, but as it was she took the calls herself, and either ignored or didn't include people she appointed to help her. You will not reach your potential as a great nation if you let mediocre and haphazard people lead you, now start being honest with yourselves or you'll never, ever improve.

I do not have the background to either agree or disagree with you but let me remind you of how these communities work.

Irrespective of how well funded the remarks from a foreign citizens may be, the majority of the local communities will always support their leaders unless they have made actions that are clearly against the interests of the local communities.

A good example of that is Brasil in Terra times. You let half a dozen players move Brasil from Terra-EDEN to ONE due to a problem with a Romanian MU that no one at EDEN care to sort out. And every-time you told them they were overreacting it only made it worse.

Time solves a lot of things. I do not see any profit for Sirius of you pursuing this. Its a friendly advice for someone who is not a Sirius supporter.

Molly Emma is a great player and acted rationally. Just because the rational course of action does not intersect with being a puppet to spoiled and dishonorable clique of euro/balkanite CPs does not mean she is a mediocre player. Hell, her boldness proves that she was the right choice.

If you think it's ok to promise to attack Argentina in an alliance meeting, and hours later spring the NAP on everyone via public media, then we are not going to see eye to eye on anything.

Apparently you either do not know everything that has happened, or intentionally obscuring the truth. In both cases "we won't be seeing eye to eye on anything."
