22 years later. Operation "Storm". On Serbian language, Oluja.

22 years after genocide on Serbian people and civils in Republic of Serbian Krajina.

Republic of Serbian Krajina is state founded on 19. December 1991. with reason to defend Serbian people of Croatian independence in time of Yugoslav breakup.

After Croatian independence, Serbs was not want to live with Croats in same country without any right. In second world war, in Independent State of Croatia (fascist coutry) was killed about 700.000 Serbs and Serbs was frightened of this new Croatian state.

War was started.

War was been active from 1991. to 5. August 1995. War was started by Croat attack on Zadar. Action was named "Zadarska kristalna noć" or "Zadar crystal night". In this blood night, Serbian people was removed from Zadar and Serbian work places (markets, minimarkets, salons etc) was destroyed and burned. Serbian answer is "Balvan revolucija" or "Balvan revollution" this name is because Serbs was maked borders with Croatia with woods and rocks. Serbian people was founded army to answer on new Croatian army - Army of Republic of Serbian Krajina.

From 1991. to 1995. Serbs and Croats was tried to make with USA proposal to end war and continue live in peace. In summer 1995. Croats and Serbs was get plan from USA.
Important things from Z4:

Full monetary independence, which would include fiscal policy and a separate monetary policy;
The Krajina would be free-trade zone, which would encourage economic growth;
Elements of statehood would include coat of arms, flag, anthem and police;
The 11 municipalities in which the Serbs had the majority according to the last Yugoslav 1981 census would have a special status and would constitute the "Serbian Krajina";
Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Srem would not be included in the autonomous Krajina but would have separate reintegration processes in the presence of international peacekeeping forces;
The constitution and laws of the Republic of Croatia would apply in the territory of the Krajina, but they should have previously been approved by the representatives of the Krajina;
The Krajina would have elections for President Krajina;
The Krajina would be demilitarized, and the Croatian army could only enter the invitation of the President of the Krajina;
No Krajina officials would be held liable for any Croatian official.

This plan wasnt acceptable for Serbian people and too to Croats. Serbs was declined first. USA and Croatia wanted to Serbs decline it first and they will lost all prestige and support for any possibility for peace here.

5. August 1995.

In morning, NATO pact and Croatia was started action named "Storm" in Krajina. Strong attacks on small Krajina army with only 30.000 people against 150.000 Croats and NATO pact planes dont have chance to defend.

Serbian people was started to withdraw from their houses for centuries. Long Kolona (Column) (200km and more) like a river with people in tears on tractors without anything from their houses try to save their life. After 4 days, first people in "kolona" was arrived in capital of Yugoslavia (Serbia). 300.000 people was withdrawn from their houses for centuries, 10.000 people was murdered and only few thousand is founded. Other are missing and they are not found for 22 years. Anyone was not guilty for this. For anti-people action, ethnical remove Serbs from century live places. ONLY SERBS ARE GULITY FOR THIS. How? Anyone dont know. Serbian, civil Column was attacked by Croatian army and NATO pact from air.
