Não fiz minha apresentação antes de começar a postar coisas que penso e observo, no jogo, razão pela qual pequeno artigo será breve introdução (e, convenhamos, pobre). Para alguns, bacharéis ou não, as palavras EX NUNC e EX TUNC soarão familiares.

Ambos representam na RL duas expressões latinas - que vieram do Latim - e são evidentes no curso de Direito. Conhecidos como “efeitos”, representam atos ou decisões judiciais (ou colegiadas) que, retroagem – ex tunc – e que começam a valer daqui para frente ou a partir de agora – ex nunc.

É apenas um breve esclarecimento, estudos mais aprofundados, sem material doutrinário e muito prático, poderá ser localizado em livros ou sites de buscas.

Um macete é dar o famoso tapinha na testa ou na nunca para lembrar os efeitos.



Assim, como tantos outros têm um nome inspirador, EX NUNC também é para mim isto, ou seja, daqui pra frente! Um novo mundo, Uma nova história, outra oportunidade....

I did not do my presentation before you start posting things that I think and observe, in the game, which is why short article will brief introduction (and face it, poor). For some graduates or not, NUNC words EX and EX TUNC will sound familiar.
