Newcomer - On a mission

After spending a total of 72 hours as a first-time user and citizen of eRepublik, I thought I would share my views, experience, and opinions thus far, along with attempting to complete one of the missions (I'm sure a lot of you know) from the beginning.

At first glance, the busy page, the many buttons, links, even the social media presence on the right-hand side of the screen were quite overwhelming. It was a lot to be thrown at, and even now, 3 days on, I still don't quite understand some of the features. I'm sure there are still many parts of this game I have not even discovered yet, the possibilities, the fun, the euphoria.

It is enjoyable. I find myself coming back to check my energy, my notifications, and what else multiple times a day, despite having quite a busy personal life.

The community is friendly, welcoming, and kind. Dedicated and long-time users I'm assuming, which is admirable.

I hope to interact with more of you at some point, and I look forward to getting to know you all, to discovering this game, to progress, and most importantly- to have fun.

For the mission I mentioned, it is the "Aquire 25 comments from different users on your article"

I am by no means begging, or will I be upset if I don't reach that goal. This is just an attempt, shall we say, and also a small, if not pleasurable experience at writing my very first article in my very first newspaper.
