New Organization and transparency

Good evening Israel,

I am writing to you tonight to let everyone know that the new congress, and congressional voting system has been going exceptionally well. The new debate center has greatly helped in getting congressmen on the same page before proposing new laws.

In a new vain of being as transparent as I feel comfortable with, I have decided to separate the donations for hospitals and defense systems from the Official Bank of Israel.

This is how the 3 government organizations will work from now on.

Israel’s Finance Department will be the depository for the NIS and gold from the treasury. The account will be used to house our official treasury as well as to regulate the monetary value of the NIS on the market. It will hold no companies.

Official Bank Of Israel will be used to house the government companies and will no longer be used as a donation fund or for monetary market stabilization. It will keep a certain amount of money in its coffers to run the companies, but if excess currency or NIS is accumulated, it will be donated to the IFD.

The new organization will do absolutely nothing except house gold for future infrastructure upgrades. This new org is named Israeli Infrastructure Fund. Absolutely no money from this org will be touched for anything other than for purchasing a Hospital or Defense System. I have also taken the donations from last month and the few from this month’s congress and deposited them into the fund. To further help transparency I will publish a forum topic with the names of the donating congressmen and the amounts of gold they donated last month and this month. This topic will be updated every time a new congress race takes place.
