MPP con Turquia | MPP with Turkey

Uno de los grandes deberes de un Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, es la de responder frente a las problematicas y disyuntivas internacionales en las cuales un pais se vea involucrado con otro.
El dia de hoy, es mi deber informarle a todos los ciudadanos cual es la realidad de un "Pacto de Mutua Protección" o "MPP" firmado entre el presente gobierno y el gobierno de eTurquia.

En el contexto internacional, el Nuevo Mundo se encuentra enfrentado en una gran guerra, denominada "Cuarta Guerra Mundial" o "WW IV", en las cuales las potencias de las alianzas Phoenix y EDEN se encuentran enfrentadas por distintos territorios y frentes: España y Francia, Alemania y Polonia, Grecia y Turquia, Brasil y Australia, etc.
Es por ello, que el fin de poder tener War Games o "Juegos de Guerra" es un asunto muy complejo de poder plantear y definir. Y no queda más otra razón de que debemos unirnos en la guerra.

Sin embargo, no hay que estar tan asustados. Debemos de considerar que la participación de la guerra es un motivo para poder fortalecer la economia nacional (especialmente en la venta de armas y hierro), y de que nuestros soldados puedan ir subiendo de rango e ir preparandonos para tomar un rol más activo en el quehacer internacional.

La firma del tratado entre el Presidente Fauno, de eChile, y el Presidente Ertugrul Han, de eTurquia, no es un paso para que nuestro pais se una a otra alianza: por el contrario, aqui existe un sentimiento de "Parasitismo": nuestro pais no esta en condiciones de permitir ofrecer las mismas ventajas que eTurquia nos ofrece, por lo que nosotros nos aprovecharemos más que ellos en este MPP.
Y quiero dejar bien en claro: eChile no esta comprometiendo la neutralidad ante alianzas de EDEN o Phoenix. Perfectamente el pacto se pudo lograr con un pais de EDEN. Sin embargo, las condiciones actuales no se estan dando.

Les voy a explicar el funcionamiento de este MPP (y en sintesis, asi funciona): Grecia decide atacar un territorio de Turquia. Si tenemos el MPP activo, podemos ayudar a defender a Turquia de la invasión. Esto no funciona si Turquia decide atacar a Grecia, eso no nos dará derecho a participar.

Es por eso ciudadanos, que por favor no tengan miedo de las iniciativas que se estan tomando: aqui a nadie se le ocultó todo el transfondo de esta decisión, y los congresistas se han mostrado favorables.

One of the great duties of a Minister of Foreign Affairs is responding the international issues and dilemmas in which a country becoming involved with another. This day is my duty to inform all citizens which is the reality of a "Mutual Protection Pact" or "MPP" signed between this government and the government of eTurkey.

In the international context, the New World is locked in a great war, called "World War IV" or "WW IV", in which the powers of the Phoenix and EDEN alliances are faced by various countries and areas: Spain and France, Germany and Poland, Greece and Turkey, Brazil and Australia, among others.
It is therefore, that in order to be War Games and "War Games" is a very complex issue to raise and define. And there is indeed another reason that we must unite in the war.

However, we should not be so scared. We consider that the participation of a ground war is to strengthen the national economy (especially in the sale of arms and iron), and that our soldiers can go up in rank and be prepared to take a more active role in the international situations.

The signing of the treaty between President Fauno of eChile and President Ertugrul Han of eTurkey isn't a step for our country to join another alliance: on the contrary, here there is a feeling of "parasites": our country is not in a position to allow the same benefits offered eTurkey to us, so we take advantage of us more than them in this MPP.
And I want to make it clear: eChile not to compromise the neutrality of EDEN alliances or Phoenix. Perfectly pact could be reached with a country of EDEN. However, the current conditions are unfavorable to us.

I will explain the operation of the MPP (and synthesis, so it works): Greece decides to attack a territory of Turkey. If we have an active MPP, we can help in the defence of Turkey from the invasion. This doesn't work if Turkey decides to attack Greece, that doesn't the right to participate us.

That's why people, please do not be afraid of the initiatives are being taken: here no secret information and every step was published and make public the decision, and congressmen were in favor.
