Hello, my citizens of Belgium and in exile.

I have some great news!!
I am taking the role of the MoE in exile.

If you guys remember I was the MoE early this year. But I was rudely stripped of that title by a party not mentioning names.

After almost 6 months, I feel confident to do this again.

How will this work.
I will have no orgs to help me out. But if any player needs help send me a message or comment on one of my articles. I will also be running programs like the eLotto again to promote activity.

How to level up your account
I will not only be writing about me being MoE in exile that will be spam.

I will write about how to level your account up.
After talking to OKayOK he said he asked Jarabe but a while back Jaraba blocked all HOPE members and said he will not talk to us.

So I will give you guys a tip.

1-Level up your TCs
2-Buy a training contract
3-Train every day
4-Fight mostly in air battles.

So I hope that gave some tips.
